It might be interesting to allow the posting of images/videos by fans. For stuff like this, which doesn't get made very often but when it does it's awesome and worth saving. And possibly things like WIPs or screenshots of stuff that happened.
You've got the right ideas. But if someone abuses photo/video uploading by posting crap, then I'll remove this feature.

Attention publishers! Do not publish anything! arukAdo wants his submission to be published as #1796. I'm currently at school, so I don't have the files needed to publish this run. I'll be at home later tonight, and I'll publish this. All of my encodes are already uploaded (even on Archive), and I'll have everything I need to publish this submission when I'll get back. So, I repeat, do not publish anything! Nothing at all!

The "about" text is cut off by just a few words (ends with "are..."). Maybe you should make it just slightly shorter like this: "Official TASVideos Facebook page. When human skills are just not enough."

This is a good idea. Back when Youtube was still limited I was about to suggest to upload TASes on Facebook Video, but in the end I thought many people wouldn't be happy to share their real names there. Now that a page is in place, uploading videos on there can be an additional option. There is a 20 minutes limit though if I remember correctly, but the video quality is surprisingly decent.
I think that just leaving our RSS feed and dlvr.it to post automatically the latest publications is enough.

I've started a Facebook page for TASVideos. It's not like that unofficial Facebook page. http://www.facebook.com/TASVideos Thanks to dlvr.it and to our RSS feeds, as long as there's a new entry in the News, there's a new submission and there's a new publication, it will be posted automatically on that Facebook page. Of course, you have the right to think it's useless (it won't stop me), but if you are against this enough so you want me to remove that page, tell me, and I'll remove it. My goal is only to make some kind of promotion for our community. On the opposite side, if you wish to become an admin of this page, add me on Facebook by telling me you want to be an admin, and I'll throw you in the admin bin. But before you do such a thing, make sure you're a staff member (judge/publisher and up). But if you just want to add me, go ahead, I've got no problem with that. By the way, I've already managed a Facebook page, so I know how it works.

What would be the best is that you can make full-resolution mosaics, like without any resize, so we can see every detail about the screenshots you've used. But, on the other hand, the current image files are already big, in terms of file size, and that would make them bigger.

Which is why she looks and behaves like this. (The video contains spoilers of the original arcade game, since it's the final boss fight and the ending.)

I currently have access to two web servers via FTP: Flygon's Flurret.net and RadioKJ's RadioKJ.com. I'm planning to use both of these servers as mirrors and web seeds (as well as Archive.org) to boost our torrent's speed and to improve their stability. As far as I know, RadioKJ's server has unlimited bandwidth, and I think Flygon's server has that as well, since he's going to use it as a mirror by himself. But the main question is about streaming MP4 files directly from RadioKJ's server. It works, but the videos are partly seekable. The part of the video someone wants to watch has to be loaded before it can be accessible. It's kind of a big deal if you are watching something from a custom webpage (Example). But the biggest issue is when the video is streaming from a JWPlayer embedded here on TASVideos. I would actually prefer to embed my SD streams directly in the submission text instead of a YouTube stream, but this issue is preventing me from doing such a thing. When you try to seek the video where it's not loaded, the video reloads from the beginning, while the cursor stays at its current position. To see what I mean, go to my page, click Play on the JWPlayer, and then try to seek at something like 3 minutes (before this parts loads of course). The video will restart in your face. That's what I want to prevent. When a video is uploaded on Archive.org, it doesn't do that reloading issue; it seeks where you want it to seek. So it made me think there's something to do with the server. If the server admin, or I, can do something to fix this issue, you can tell what to do here. That would be much appreciated.

This is AWESOME! Nice work Randil, and like Derakon said, I'm looking forward to see some N64/PSX recreated that way.

What I have to say about this is that it should be fixed as soon as possible.

That monkey looked like a freaking ninja, and that glitch was pretty good! No vote, and I'm being ironic.

A good description for this movie could begin with something like... In this game *overstrike*Mario*overstrike*Dirk have to rescue princess *overstrike*Peach*overstrike*Daphne from the clutchs of *overstrike*Bowser*overstrike*Singe's... very creative plot line huh!?...
I'm not sure about this description, since Dragon's Lair came first in 1983 as an arcade game, while Super Mario Bros. got released first in 1985. What made this arcade game a classic is the fact actual gameplay looked like this. Besides this game, you had games such as Pac-Man.

Damn! And I was expecting a TAS from that interactive cartoon! NO VOTE! ... Just kidding. I knew the SNES's cartridge wasn't made for interactive videos, so I had to expect a sub-par platformer. I know that Data East is pro in making this kind of games. I think that one of their few good games was Burgertime (not that NES port). About the game, I lol'd at some sound effects, the background during a boss battle and the fact they put Dirk in a bubble instead of making him swim. Anyway, for that run, you made the game look easy, and it was fun to watch. You get my Yes vote.

Is this the same as the 8 minute run I already voted yes on? I am confused.
I think this time, it's a mix between both submissions. It has the whole 8 minutes of the first submission, while it has the improved piano section of the second submission.

I've deleted that page. So no need to worry about this anymore. I've resurrected it, with MKTE removed.
