I think this screenshot pretty much sums up how exploited the game is (frame 459734): A close second for me would be this (frame 460145):

Wow, this is the WORST music I've ever seen in ANY game.
If you're seeing music, I suggest you consult your GP.

If it is possible to sell a Zora egg, then you could get all the eggs you need or want. But, that item is probably on the "Do Not Sell" list.
You're mistaken. It is possible to sell Zora eggs, but since the item is sold when performing this glitch, all you manage to duplicate is an empty bottle, not the egg itself.

Glitcher: An encode is now available in the submission thread. I don't know who made it, but whoever you are, thank you very much!
Not a YouTube link, I mean a MP4 or some other file that we can download and watch offline. Will that be made available soon?

That's funny. And I just discovered glitches to duplicate Zora eggs and skip Giants cutscenes. Looks like you'll have to do this all over again. ;) Please tell me somone is working on an encode.

For Heavens sake, what does it matter how many continues the player uses? This is not a run about how many deaths he concedes, it's about how fast he can complete the game. Isn't that what a TAS is all about?

The train level was just crazy. Whouda thunk a watch laser could be so deadly? But why didn't Natalya follow you on the way out?

^ True. There's no mention of Forte anywhere on the home page. It's just "SNES Rockman & Forte (JPN) by sparky in 28:08.23" BTW, why was there's no instant kill on Wily in this run?

I'm confused. Why is this slower run being submitted again?

Cool TAS! I love how you pulled a Shy Guy out of your ass and performed a triple combo on Birdo. :p

A very funny alternative to the usual MK runs. I loved the way you finished off Shao Khan at the end.

I was impressed how deep you managed to go into garbage land without making the game crash. I kept think you'd dig straight down to Hell or something. XD

I fail to see the point of having a 16-star run when it's possible to complete the game without any. You can either have a completist run or a minimalist run, but this isn't either.

Strange graphics glitch watching Megsy teleport in the middle of a boss fight. The instant kill on Wily at the end made me LOL.

Lovely-jubbly! I'm definitely interested to see if the spawn-in-the-Hall-of-Fame trick is possible.

MY EYES!! THEY ARE RAPED!!! Does this mean that the 100 CD run will be redone with these new tricks?

Do you have it on New PPU? If so, then you have to switch to Old PPU.
No, it's set to old PPU. Anyway, I figured it out. Somehow the .fm2 file got edited when I created a save state during playback. No idea why that happened, but I downloaded it again and now it runs fine.

That's strange. The first time I played this movie, everything ran just fine. But now whenever I watch it, it desyncs at Wily's Castle 1 (Megsy never moves when he teleports in). I can't remember changing any settings that would cause this and I'm using the latest FCEUX. Can anyone explain why this is happening?

Unbelievable! Using the DelayStageClear on Wily Stage 2 made me laugh because of Megsy's 'roadkill' appearance and the bizarre ditty at the end. What else can I vote?

I've always found it more convenient for Professor Oak to build the Hall of Fame adjacent to Ash's house. Saves you having to go through that whole 'adventuring' malarkey.

I think forcing the enemy to yeild is an incredibly cheap way of beating the game. ........ I love it! XD

I typically use VBA re-recording to play games because the emulation appears to be smoother. But there's one thing that's bugging me: I can't seem to assign hotkeys like on the official version. This is because I typically use the keys OP[] for BALR respectively. The problem is that the bracket keys activate the frame search, which interferes with the gameplay. I can avoid this in the official emulator, but it also forces Windows 7 into Basic displays and makes the audio very garbled. So is there any way to assign hotkeys on VBA re-recording, perhaps by manually editing the configuration file? It's the only emulator that plays roms smoothly on Windows 7. (Alternatively, does anyone why the hell the official emulator activates Basic display, but not the re-recording version?)
