the technical achievements are certainly interesting, but i don't think the normal "Perfect Speedrun" amazes everyone, also when it's too glitched some people just call it "cheating", you just can't please everyone

way better strats than darkfulgore run, also makes you think if 2p is better than 1p
In the List of Ideas for Snes, both magical quest2 mickey and minnie and power rangers movie edition are still there,i wonder how often that list is updated

hello,xipo!
I believe a lot of TASes currently in the site use pause for luck manipulation without subtracting from entertainment or just go straight to vault,so it shouldn't be a problem if you decided to use it here too.But it's your decision anyway.

I'm a little surprised nobody TASed the third magical adventure disney game, the one with donald and mickey.
Does DarkFulgore have a beef with the site?I can't find a lot of his runs here.

TODO description i made one as a suggestion
Description: Final Fantasy Tactics Advance is spin-off of the Final Fantasy series,in which the player controls a clan of characters in grid-like battlefields, chooses their skills and abilities and employs them into missions. The story is comprised of a bunch of kids who travel to a video game world named Ivalice and Marche, the main player character, fights to go back to the real world.
In this run, hejops blazes through wih luck manipulation, making almost every hit a one hit kill or some form of disablement to skip enemy turns.Sometimes, it almost feels like enemies are just waiting for the defeat!

Just as a reminder, as long as you keep the consistency and explain that this run has no clips,no one should complain about not using RTA strats.
The run is absurdly cool BTW,good job!

i agree with alyosha,i`m not saying to have no standards when it comes to newer games, but we could definitely accept some loosers runs to stimulate competition in them, the LOTADs of some games i've seen lately certainly held up to some quality standards even if they're not frame perfect

I used to think like that, and I still do in a certain way,but after TASing a few games,i can clearly see the effort that goes into doing even the more obvious stuff.I'm pretty sure i could tas a few certain games to a decent level or even make LOTADs to at least help the routing but i just don't have the willpower anymore,it's a really extenuating process and i understand people prefer to TAS their innovative pet projects instead of the main categories.
That said, the any% TAS for majora had to be restarted because of the new trick(bottle duping on item screen) and the any% for OOT will be unfamiliar for TASers if they have to resort to dolphin, which means they'll have a learning curve for the adaptation of a game they already know.

This is way too similar to all dungeons,i have to watch minutes until i get some different stuff,i can't believe this is going to be accepted but i guess zelmetrario always gets a pass.
Defintely well done, but not entertained by it.

I just wanted to share that some of the TASes here are down right unwatchable because of speed settings, like megaman DOS and a few other DOS games, but that's just me.The sheer speed of these settings can make a lot completely uncomprehensible and make a movie go to decent entertainment rating to a lower level. But i enjoyed the pace of this one and i'd change my vote if it just went bizarrely faster than the common gameplay.
