The title name in the submission title should be call Rockman 3 Speed Bound,to avoid the misleading title.The hack is based on burst chaser
The hack's potential include:
-speed bursting
-instant weapon switching
I make a test the movie to run in version 1.1.Sadly,it desynced in the Topman

The Homebrew looks good to me.Roll's attacking pattern better than Megaman,I had no idea the screen scrolling can be set a fast when I was making this TAS first time.
Also,I'm back in this run again,still switch on Air Sliding,Double Jump and Burst Chaser.

1:I would say,Rider Slide(Charge Kick) is necessary for power picking up.It's inevitable.Like Indonesian Artifact and Unique Harassment.
2:If I scroll in 22:41 with arrow.How come get out of 22:45?Yes,I ues Blue Jet rarely in every stage.
3:Not sure which wily levels could be work?
4:I think it's possible to keep hitting him when Naplam was jumping.Too bad,arrow's power haven't pickup
5:It wil be take 1 more damage,and I hit Big pets's body before his's eye closed

Some levels are unoptimized.Well,this run is a human real time speed,rushing to finish the game as fast as possible.Voted No for poor optimization

What is meaningful for pressing pause button?Should it be faster?And I never seen this category.Obiviously,this is slower than publication run.Vote No for me
