The bug as been fixed in master. You can try the latest dev build (linked in the BizHawk README).
It's working great now - thanks again!

Thanks for the (quick) answer! I tried that earlier. First, I created an XML file and selected "3DS" as the system. Then, I added the two .cia files, one for the base game and one for the DLC. Next, I selected "Save and Run" and received an SNES load error.

Can I use DLC with the Encore core? I'm trying to record Stretchmo, but Encore doesn't seem to recognize the DLC. It runs fine on Azahar, though.

I've tried running Kirby's Dream Land DX - Fluffy Repair Service - [https://www.romhacking.net/hacks/6224/] - in BizHawk in "Super Game Boy Color" mode (i.e., combining Super Game Boy borders with actual Game Boy Color games), but to no avail. While I know that no official hardware ever had support for both devices, some emulators - like mGBA - are able to run in a combined mode. My question, “Is Super Game Boy Color mode possible in BizHawk?”

I'm experiencing audio lag - though no FPS drop - in Samurai Shodown on the Game Boy using the Gambatte or SameBoy core. The problem seems to occur mostly during screen transitions. By the way - no problems with GBHawk or SubGBHawk. The ROM I'm using is from the No-Intro ROM set. Is this a mistake on my part or is it something to do with the cores?

Looks like the ROM is just bad. The headerless hash should be MD5:6288936a2c92b11096cb4f825f4d5070 / SHA1:a4346a6d83a148933879f7a6a2cf67c1979704ee according to no-intro: https://datomatic.no-intro.org/index.php?page=show_record&s=45&n=1737
Thank your very much! In the future, I'll compare any ROM not working with information found on DAT-o-MATIC first.
Checking with a good ROM, there does seem to be another issue which causes a green screen. The iNES header reports MAPPER010 (MMC4), but Punch Out uses MAPPER009 (MMC2). Simply changing byte 0x6 of the ROM header from 0xA0 to 0x90 will correct this issue.
Worked like a charm. Thanks again!

Thank you very much! In the future, I will compare every ROM that doesn't work with the information on DAT-o-MATIC.

@RadRedRooster, are you getting any error messages when you try to load the ROM?
No, nothing - just a green screen. By the way, I'm using a ROM from the No-Intro ROM set.

I'm trying to play Punch-Out!!: Gold Edition, but the game won't start. I've tried all three NES cores (QuickNes, NesHawk and SubNESHawk), but to no avail. Is this a mistake on my part or is it something to do with BizHawk?
