There are too many reversal with the hardest difficulty (even in normal) and that make combos impossible

Hi everybody, I have a problem for configuring my ps3 joysticks with PCSX-rr. I configured it by >Configuration>Controllers : But When I try to play, inputs aren't recognized by the emulator.

I try to submit a movie but it write this : Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 71 bytes) in /home/tasvideos/public_html/formats/pjm.php on line 184 What can I do ?
