Oh yeah, I forgot about that. Then, is it possible to revenge tech Cerberus to change the room's state?

To get to the Alraune, could you have used RSL from Cerberus' room instead of getting the Demon Card?

While the Grolla video did look really good, there is one improvement that can be made to each of the 8 regular stages. After killing a boss, if you triple slash at the right time, you won't jump in the air, so you can warp out of the area a bit faster. Some jumps in the video looked a bit off, bit I'm not sure. Aside from that, good job. Also, I guess I should vote on the Spiritia movie. That's a yes from me. It's very nicely done, very clean, didn't notice anything improvable.

Definite yes to this movie being published. It's very well done and fun to watch, aside from both visits to McWhalen, but there isn't much you can do there. Mega Man X6 already has published movies for both all stages and 100%, so I don't see why this game should be treated differently. This run gets all armor upgrades, heart tanks, sub tanks, and the maximum amount of parts available. It even gets one more upgrade that the X 100% from a week ago doesn't, namely Black Zero. So how is the X run 100% when this would be only a Max% despite actually getting more? I'd vote for this run to be published as the 100% branch over the run that only uses X because it gets one more item, and because of both characters being used nearly 50% of the time each, it's faster and more entertaining to watch. Not to mention that this would be the only branch that feasibly allows the use of both characters to achieve a better time. It would be a shame if all movies for X5 ignore the feature to switch characters and just use one for the entirety of the game.

I just confirmed that Zero does not need Jumper to acquire Skiver's capsule. Just Hyper Dash. The actual jump to it is no problem, but respawning the viruses was annoying on console. So in a 100% run using both characters, you can cut out the second visit to Skiver, which also eliminates the need for Falcon Armor completely and lets you do Squid Adler only one time with Gaea Armor. I don't know if you'd be able to get the Heart Tank in the same way, though. As for rank, you could do one virus stage as Zero, get him up to GA, and do the other two as X, getting him up to SA. You'd then do Mattrex lv.9 as Zero, then Grizzly lv.8 as Ultimate. Unless Zero really loses that much time to X in Mattrex, which I kinda doubt.

I'm voting no because I don't agree with only using one character in a run like this when both characters have an advantage in certain areas. Variety is a good thing. If feasible, it would be really good to use both characters for stages you have to backtrack to, especially McWhalen. Bosses are just quicker with Zero, and it really shows in early stages like Virus1 where you don't have any tools with either character to speed the stage up yet, or the Dynamo fights. The jump to get Skiver's capsule as Zero might not require Jumper. If it doesn't, you can do everything in Skiver in one go. And regardless, it makes Falcon Armor useless and lets you do Squid Adler in one trip too, you'd just have to fight him with Gaea Armor. Also, Black Zero would make this more of a 100% run as that's the only thing that wasn't obtained in this run that requires sacrificing something else. You would just have to incorporate getting Black Zero into the suicide visit to Virus 3. Or do it the other way around and fight X with Zero instead.

I'm gonna vote meh. While the run is nice, it didn't really stand out too much. It felt like the best ending run with Browny stamped on. Using Fang is my main problem, actually. There's too much of him in the runs published. I think it would be better to show off what either Ray or Sheena can do instead.

The Maxim No Warps run did use the door glitch. I don't understand how that's not a warp, but if that's how it is, then this run's goals are well defined. I'd like to see the author's comments before voting. It does look good on the whole, but some parts were a bit questionable.

But that's Time Attack. Full game's timer appears to act the same as 9's.

It's been a long time since I played the game, but I recall there being at least one non-Rush Search CD that Bass cannot get at all. Like, it flat out doesn't appear when you're playing as him.

You do have to go to a Dynamo stage to get Zero. And I don't know why you would in a 100%, but you could also go to one to fight High Max and open the Gate stages early.

Samthe3rd: Or why not e. Just use whoever's faster to get whichever part? I don't think I've seen this route. I'm curious. If it does include the Dynamo stages, though, I don't agree with that. Armor parts, heart tanks, sub tanks, reploids, and Zero are what should entail 100%. You shouldn't have to visit a Dynamo stage if there's nothing there (Yammark). You shouldn't be required to kill him every time because he always comes back and you should have enough souls to get you through. No need to max out the rank either.

I can definitely see the improvements. But it still comes down to game choice for me. My vote's closer to yes, but not quite. So it's a positive meh.

This is a very fun watch. Great variety, great glitchiness. I vote yes. And this is coming from a SF noob who started with 4.

I'm going to vote meh as well. The execution is good, but again it comes down to game choice. The game is really slow and doesn't offer much variety. And the color is terrible. Stage 1's colors are far too warm and happy for a Castlevania, and Stage 3's background is a solid piss yellow.

It was hard for me to follow everything going on. But this is a technical marvel. I have to vote yes for that alone.

It happens when you unmorph in a small space that only a transformation can fit through, like outside Olrox's boss room.

The TAS is not perfect anyway, i have some explanations to give in the submision text, but here i didnt saw it coming at all, good catch!
I guess I just failed to take notice until now. My bad.

One question as I give another Yes vote for gamebreaking goodness: Why didn't you skip the "Journey Back to 1792" screen?

I'm guessing that Sword Brothers save glitch scatters whatever map you've gotten into bogus spots. That means you'd have to re-get those rooms back. I'm not well versed in this stuff at all, so feel free to correct me. This is a treat to watch. All the glitches and luck manipulation involved are a technical marvel. It's really bizarre, but it is unfortunate this means you have to go to unimportant rooms twice or more. I'm kinda torn, actually. I don't know if it's less entertaining to see Alucard go to a whole slew of unnecessary rooms or just revisit a fraction of them. It seems like a "damned if you do damned if you don't" situation. I hope when this is completed, and assuming it's submitted here, it's not rejected like the CotM full map run.

I liked what I saw at first, I love the amount of bigtosses. But getting glitched percent doesn't set right with me. I'd prefer to see without white rooms.
