Sorry to ask something that really misses que scope of the board, but I'm interested in an accessory for Sega Saturn that serves as a Memory Card. In fact, it's a "Memory Cart", one of those cartridges used in that extra slot of the console. I'm not sure of the real existance of such accessory, but I'm pretty sure I've heard about it. Can someone confirm if it exists or not? Thanks =)

Ohh I see... i missed the number of orbs with the value it worths. Stupid me. I thought it was overflowed since the bonus don't appear as 1000x00 = 0000, but something like 1000x00 = ---00 []'s

Oh man.... WTF was that? That was simply AMAZING!! The acrobatics you perform using the MB is fantastic, not only abuses scrolling shortcuts, but they are, at many places, incredibly FAST! I also noticed how well you thought about each detail which could save a bit of frames, like falling near the cloning machine than expected, and manipulate luck to get the lessest possible bonus for each boss (5000). By the way, what could be the explanation of why you earn 1000 bonus orbs at the end of each boss fight? Ah, the boss fights. That was _beautiful_ to watch. I loved how you faced Elecman in a quite static state, despite the time spent. All 6-first boss fights have been at least slighty improved, Yellow Devil is crazy, and Bubble Boy really surprised me since it seems taking rocks from that spot doubles the ammount of rocks avaliable. Nice! The only ond it didn't stole me some "wow" was agains Mega Man Clone, but I see there's not much to do on it. Also, one question: how do you turn into teleporting-form without bringing the weapon select screen? Great Job!!

Is there a discussion forum for your 3 Original Mega Man Runs? I would like to comment about them.

I'm using it (by default, i don't know what means though), if i don't use the run doesn't seem to work at all. :( I think it's a ROM / emulator version problem, cause the run is fine till midpast of the game... maybe some lag problem... does this problem occur like in VBA?

Well, what could I add? Astonisinhg movie, inherited most techniques from SprintGod, now I wonder if the latter could surpass this. =) Now sorry to be "the" silly of the board, but can't help giving my critics (actually they're mostly suggestions). Q, wouldn't be waaay to cool if you managed to control Sonic AND Tails when it's time-favorable? Example the screw-elevator at Metropolis, if you avoid Tails to be off-screen since the beginning of the level, you gain a lot of frames by not having to wait for him to arrive. And, some bosses could be beaten faster with the aid of Tails, clerarly seeing is Casino Night's and Metropolis'. Finally, this would also give you the chance to lose your rings at every boss battle, avoiding the ring-counter and saving a few frames in the overall (though this could be purposely avoided by you in attempt not to lose the fun factor). Well, maybe this stands more for other nature of run, but if achieved, a Sonic+Tails run would be the supreme Sonic 2 run to me. Congratulations Nonetheless

I tried to watch this run using the specified ROM (Hook (U)(2648).smc) and emulator (Snes9X v1.43-dev for Windows) but I'm having desync problems. For the first time ever to me, this run appears to desync in multiple times, differing for each play. First time I watched it was OK till level 5-6, can't remember, so I tried to reset the game and replay the run, using Frame Skip 5-6 to fast forward to the point it left out. Then it desynched at level 3, I repeated and desynched at level 2, and so on... can anyone explain that and how to fix the problem? Am I doing something wrong? Thanks for now.

Hello everybody. I am the author of the first CoI Run, the one played on normal mode. I'm glad there's a new and better run avaliable, and would like to expose some points why my run looks boring (that's of course the reason it was replaced!): First off, this was my FIRST RUN EVER! Somewhy I never managed to make rerecords to work correctly on my Famtasia (maybe I'm a bit lazy to try to solve the question, but oh well) so when I tried it on Gens and noticed it worked, it got very exciting how it would be to create one of what had entertained me and thousands of people all around to watch. Second, I did played it in a simplist, and now for what I can see from viewers' comments, boring way. For two main reasons: First, I was primarily concerned on speed and time-saving, and since I had few practics into doing so many mirabolant moves, that could had unfavored the excitement of the viewer. Second, I chose my own style of play: doing just and only the extreme necessary moves to accomplish the game. I always wondered how could a "utopic-perfect-machine" handle a program (game) given a certain guideline (finish by the most fast way possible), it surely would look pretty impressive, yet boring sometimes. My problem is that I tend to be strictly cold and technical, and not much creative. I'm really sad this play style of mine would ever mean boringness. Maybe I shall review my game concepts, afterall this is art, not sci-fi =) Third and last, unfortunately I surely am far far away from the levels of avaliable free time most timeattackers have to deal with our games. I can't imagine myself spending my (little) free time all in front of a PC in order to achieve so great feats you all are used to watch. I primarily did this TA most for fun, since CoI was my first ever Genesis game I played, so I found it rather nostalgic for a startup. I confess I got a little sad by the critics I could see popping up at the site... not by the replacement of my run by foda's one, this is natural and positive, entertainment is what matters, if someone managed to improve a given run, great deal for everyone. foda's run is really impressive and I really wanted it to be published. Well that's all folks :P I hope I didn't bothered with my rather long points, I just needed to say that stuff. []'s Zakatos
