Greetings, MUGG; Just wanted to offer some support with your run. This is one of my favorite games for the GBA, and I am very much looking forward to seeing it TAS'd. Here's offering you my support with this project in the hopes that you may continue to have success. EDIT: Also, for those interested, I have made an encode for the most recent WIP: http://youtu.be/Ghnu0jKFJpI

Judging by the submission text, it seems pretty well thought-out. I look forward to seeing it when an encode come up.

Looks interesting, is there an encode on the way? Edit: Many thanks, Nahoc, this run was incredible, it just kept getting better as it went along. Wonderful game choice, Dooty, and a finely tased run, if I do say so myself!

I felt that the first 5 worlds dragged on after the first few worlds. The glitching through walls was neat, and particularly impressive in the library, though. Still, I enjoyed the password run considerably more, this one gets a meh from me.

Personally, I enjoyed the run. I thought the game choice was passable, and most of the run was relatively entertaining. There were certain spots that really impressed me, though, where the play reached super human levels, particularly in the last level with the flying shooting alien robots. All around, it's not the best TAS on this site, but I think it deserves a place among the other countless crazy-difficult NES TAS's we have.

I'm on the fence for this one. Granted, it's a well done TAS, and, if the SNES run weren't already there, this would be a shoe-in, but the problem comes up when comparing the two runs. The issue here is that the two games are near identical in terms of route and gameplay with only the subtlest of differences distinguishing the two. Coupled with the fact that most of the improvement is due to the lack of lag, the run just doesn't seem terribly innovative. If it were an improvement to the SNES version, or if it were a new route or different goal specific to the GBA, I'd give it a yes, but to me it is just too similar to the SNES run. Meh from me. (To clarify, when I say "improvement to the SNES version", I mean an SNES run that obsoletes the current run.)

I'd give it a yes. I was skeptical at the beginning due to the slow start, but the run picked up nicely with the second and third levels. A solid run of a lesser known platformer, I'd say it fits right in with many of the other runs on this site.

Initially I was leaning toward meh, but compared to the other runs on this site, this one just doesn't compare. Voting no for poor game choice.

AllBogs, I'm having the same problem. The video seems to be lagging the audio in the youtube encode.

Wonderful, wonderful run. Professional submission, great TAS, and good game choice, too. A definite yes from me, this belongs on the site as a great speedrun and an exemplary submission.

Yes, yes, absolutely yes. Incredible run, loved the playaround in the moving platform levels. Without a doubt, worthy of the site, a no-hesitation yes vote from me.

Outstanding, a worthy addition to the slew of glitched-out MK playarounds we have here. Yes vote from me.

This was absolutely amazing, such an entertaining run, as might be expected from the Metal Slug series. Great game choice, definite yes from me.

"No" vote. Bad game choice; too repetitive.
Gonna have to agree with Nahoc here.

That was a pretty solid run, a good example of an NES TAS, I'd say. Yes vote from me.

Incredible TAS, quite entertaining with the use of fireballs, too. I'd vote you a yes if I could- ...which I can now! Yes vote, without a doubt!

I'm kind of a lurker around here, but I'm coming out of my hole to say that this was one of the best TAS's I've seen of any Megaman game. Not only was it extremely professional in its near-perfect execution, but the variety of weapon use and drop manipulation made for quite an entertaining run. If I could vote, know that I'd certainly give you a yes. Amazing job.

Personally, even though I've never played the game (or any Final Fantasy derivative) and had no idea what was going on, I enjoyed the run quite a bit. It was a tad repetitive, but the run maintained my interest as more opponents were added later in the game.

Excellent game choice, and a truly entertaining run. I'd give it a yes if I could.
