If I find a guy that owns a card and is ready to send it to you (in Russia), how will sending it be set up? I'm going to throw a call somewhere, and people will want to know how to send it. Also, how will the post costs be paid?

1. Primary encode uses SAR because it isn't rescaled when encoded, like 512kb is. For primary, it saves some file size. And Archove.org wants the already corrected aspect ratio for its streams. Same with variable/constant FPS.
2. What's the exact difference between crf and qp? The latter is used for HDs since 2010, I didn't really ask myself why.

Alright. So now I know that Archive.org was blocked in russia. Because it somewhere contained some video that is considered illegal here. Any ideas how to make it work? Under Tor the site loads, but I can't finish an upload. Under proxy it doesn't open. VPN... never tried.

Hmmm, no one thought about expanding the speed records tier with more goals. But I bet the problem with adding "more actual gameplay" there is that it's impossible to define it well. There will always be people that want "a bit more" gameplay included, and that want "a bit less".

lsmv and bk2 are text files inside a zip. Header is separated, so you can trust the line numbers as correct frames.

blend - set to false if there's no alternate frame flickering in the video
hdframerate is used when blend = false. Drops frames so that the framerate matches the value. YouTube framerate is 30 maximum, so it's default value.
ngdb - use ng_deblink, the most powerful deblink function. It calculates which objects blink, creates a mask and blends within it (does not work for background shaking). Set to true to enable. If false, TASBlend is used instead.
TASBlend function is used when ngdb = false. Use it when the whole video needs to be blended.
Change 0.5 to 1.0 to get half framerate flickering.
Leave empty () for default; some transparency, some flickering - TASBlend style.
Exclude .SelectOdd to prevent framerate reduction.
Replace .SelectOdd with .SelectEvery(5,0,2,4) for 25 fps, PAL encodes

Right, for Arcade games, every engine is a separate driver, and not all of them have savestates implemented (as there are TOO many different drivers). So it either somehow works in a glitched way, or doesn't work at all. MAME, for one, tells you savestates aren't implemented for a given game, if so.

But if done, it should not be a hardcoded cutoff. As I kept saying, I maybe want to see only all runs above 5. Or only those above 7. I can't, I'm forced to use a special link, because it was "decided" to divide them right there (only).

"Right" is only the decision that the time has proven to be correct. It's a lottery, you can never be sure. I'm incapable of guessing (and then pretending I'm doing it all right). This is why I do think we need a change. Because right now, no one can define the behavior. Want to pretend we are alright (until we are on that area)? Good. I don't. It's like "Sorry, if you press that button, my program can burn your computer (and your dog). I couldn't figure out how to set it all up, so I just left it in and added a caution." I mean, yeah, most of the free coders do that, but we are not just free coders. We are goddamn perfectionists. We are overcoming expectations here, with just some mind work. This is yet another puzzle.
