Right. Even if I technically can accept it, I don't see the benefits of doing so as a policy.

I don't see much of a problem with running wrong region ROMs on mismatching region consoles, as long as it's emulated accurately. It looks like that one bug where you swap the disk the wrong way or leave the case open or something. It can be emulated. As can be using certain initial state for addresses the game doesn't set before reading. But shall we really go that way? What'd be the benefit?

Then it looks like you must add it to the movie itself. You don't need to, only if what not shows up is a best score screen of some kind, that doesn't count as ending. In that case it's allowed for a publisher to press the button for the encode. Though sometimes the TASers already do that too. Such thing won't affect the run speed that's being judged if you're concerned.

Spikestuff figured it out. This run uses a USA ROM with a Japanese bios. Is there any policy on that? Should be?

The rerecord count must be glitched in a way. Should I use "unknown" instead?

Obvious yes vote. This one has a moonwalk too!

It desyncs for me. What are your settings/files?

Looking at the votes/posts, I'm unsure about the intended tier for this run...

I'll be thankful if someone with a faster CPU judges it.

The screen "AND WE WERE GOING TO FIND THEM." never turns into credit for me.

What's the ending of this game?

Let me dilute your joy >:D This run may be optimal, don't know, but how it looks like is completely, totally unbearable to me. The thing that takes a second to do (jumping) repeats thousands of times only changing direction. I tried to look at the later parts, but there it gets only MORE ridiculous! You must JUMP on the same block SEVERAL FUCKING TIMES. WOW. HOW ENTERTAINING.

So... does this run improve the existing one by a negative amount of masterjuns?

That's really sad. Loved Jumanji, and also Insomnia, where he played a real villain.

Who said it happens that way? The only thing that was forced was 10% quota. I'm open for destar suggestions of movies that have _high_ entertainment ratings, if the quota is already reached and we need something new starred. Right now there are 7 spare places. Low ratings just mean than not enough people find a movie outstanding.

If you search for "pepsiman tasvideos" instead, then you do find the published TAS as the first hit. But you'd think we'd rank more highly for just "TAS" as well. Weird.
This really sounds like tags are critical and more important than titles. I suggest adding "TAS" to tags for each upload.

Magician Lord got hilarious rating, starred. Now how about moving Sonic Advance "Sonic"'s star to "Amy"?

I don't know, I don't have an x64 system installed. Is there any kind of a 32-bit build of it?
