After seeing that video, I'd prefer to see just a pure run through without all the modes and stuff. Shooting at enemie's heads 9072948065023645982364589273465897234659834725 times doesn't seem too interesting and there was too much waiting during the video. DLTK isn't necessary. Just load and go I say...

nice run. i didn't know the buster shot -> charged slash -> slash combo (2nd and 3rd hit) -> rising slash -> sword dive all connected in one combo in this chapter. i was wondering if that worked in ZERO 2 also?

It's the same problem as mentioned in the Snes9x forum. The zip file is corrupted, and some programs like WinRAR will extract the corrupted zip (without any warnings) into a movie file that is complete garbage data. mukka: Try getting a Mozilla browser if you don't have one already, and in that browser, left-click on the movie file to download it. Then unzip that (it should be a different size than before after you unzip it). At least, that's the only thing that's worked for me so far.
:thumbs up: it works. and i just watched it wtf...man....wtf how did he kill the bowling ball exactly? o_O

Since this is a hack, you can't replay the movie with the original ROM. There are two ways two replay the movie as far as I know: 1. Replay it using the ROM named Super Demo World - The Legend Continues (SMW1 hack).smc (this was how I watched it) 2. Patch your SMW1 Rom using the patch file found on Super Demo World's home page. Another way of watching this would of course be to watch the avi. :)
1: umm...i tried it and it didn't work :\ and also it says "File is wrong format". 2: Which SMW1 Rom are you talking about? there are so many of them that I am dont want to go through all of them -.- 3: I can't watch the avi because I am behind a school firewall.

what does this galacta armor do exactly? you did not mention that you were gonna aim for upgrades in your first post although i did notice you were collecting parts. Imo, I would've just stuck with no upgrades at all. other than that, im looking forward to this TA. everything seems good so far yet i have to see what the other sections.

whoos didn't see this thread. sorry i should look before i post haha. Here are some suggestions: - Use a charged Saber rather than normal slashes when facing the Spy-Rarriers (Infact, use the charged Saber on monsters that have less invulnerability frames if you have the room to perform it). It lasts longer and does more damage when rapidly going back and forth. - Imo, the order for bosses should be like this: Nobile Mandrago Purpura Cockapetri Tech Kraken Monumental Death Saint Heat Gemblem Fenrir Lunaedge Titanyan Pegasolta Ekrail - In the last section of Purpura Cockapetri's stage, where the big area of spikes are, just get hit and dash across the spikes. You can make it across faster that way. - In Heat Gemblem's stage, the Red Hot Canons right before him, you kinda slowed down there. You should be able to get to that section faster without the canons actually having to fire.

A few things off the top of my head: I have a lot of trouble with the icy floors in Poler Kamrous's stage. Any advice on how to deal with icy floors would be appreciated.
Jump jump jump jump jump The Fefnir (non-v2) fight you can only get hit so few times. The most least points that I've gotten for an S-Rank was 91 pts. I dont use forms whenever I do S-Rank runs for fun. Normal form works best for me imo. Up + Sabre = Fantastic Dash + Sabre = Best speeding *through* enemies.

This is a Zero-Only run. Anyway, I've redone my route again. Zero: Rain Turtle Metal Shark Player *********** Added. - I've removed Yammark because he's not really needed. - Rain Turtle added back due to it's necessity of destroying High Max's Square-Barrier when you face him in Gate's 2nd Lab. - Metal Shark Player needed in order to damage High Max. - Instead of going back to Shield Sheldon's stage the 2nd time, I've changed my route towards Infinity Mijinion's stage due to it's convenience. *****I am thinking of using only ONE item, which is FULL RECOVER. By the time I look for the right video recording program, I'll be able to record this first run of mine. Any comments?

I was thinking of a Zero-Only run, and making up routes I'm not good at. Although, I would like opinions of this route I came up with (As well as suggestions): - Start With X (From Intro) - Shield Sheldon (Get Zero) Zero: - Rainy Turtloid - Metal Shark Player **Probably ONE Item ***Skip: Shield Sheldon Infinity Mijinion Blaze Heatnix Commander Yammark Blizzard Wolfang Ground Scaravich ****Damage taken for navigation.

Getting S-Ranks in Zero 2 isn't that hard. Apparently using the same technique seen in the Zero 1 videos, you can get S-Rank in less time and skip most enemies in a level.

I would, but it's a playstation game. Making it not possible for now, and possibly always.
Isn't there an ISO file for it to emulate?

...a Megaman X6 run. Being possibly the hardest run for a Megaman game, I've come to realize that I'm craving to see the best playing this one. The others seem to be done in an hour or so, although this one may take quite a while. Don't you agree?
