This does not look very good. It seems like almost everything can be improved. You even turn around to get things you missed at some points.

We need more psx runs. I don't think this game is one of them.

yeah, its a really rare game, but if we make TAS runs of this game, it might not be so bad after all, its pretty quick and self explanatory. :) just need to find glitches and shortcuts in this game. and this pretty much goes to everyone who wants to tasrun this game.

1:58 of the run (Youtube video) you ran to get the third pot and place it on the pressure pad to speed it up you can actually bypass placing three pots on pad and have 2 down take the third one to the pyramid and jump up and get it. Edit: also not saving is faster in this game. also this looks like a joke work in progress atm Edit #2: Quickly pointing out this is the PAL version *Hng* (Original copy too NTSC has pirate copies and when I mean original I mean from the CD itself) which has afew differences to the NTSC if I remember correctly 3 and it's a tad faster than NTSC. I did this half-assed proving some things that can be faster in this run compared to yours VGR -deleted-

Chapter 1 0:59 that better be the encoding not the actual run itself 1:04 you can speed that up by about 7 frames 1:23 watch what I did after hitting him saves time 1:36 falling animation lose about 3 frames 1:42 you hit that side of the wall which lost you time as it was an extra phase 2:01 POSITION THEM BETTER DO: .............O ......<>..... X.....X....X and you got off slow after that Chapter 2 Mini quick saver with that guy who yells DEMON LAMA you can actually clip that first one you hit then you can actually get the second one faster. 3:19 if you position yourself correctly there won't be any damage abuse Chapter 3 VERY START you rolled into that vase. you had position timing you nee to fix Chapter 4 6:09 - 6:26 REFER TO WHAT I DID you wasted way too much time just waiting 8:00 Don't jump you wasted 3 seconds because Kusco had to move

Link to video ok, jungle night done and village done, made it further than repeating village over and over again. and yes, spikestuff, the encoding was an issue.

This is better, but still has plenty of room for improvement. Are you using frame advance? I have a few minutes of free time today...

Area 1 Chapter 2 The guy that yells out Demon Llama you can clip the first statue instead of going straight at it 3:06 in that level you can edge clip up instead Chapter 3 You should clip more on the edge you get better boost Race you should be able to be faster also show some exploits it might help Chapter 4 Good you did the bypass trick GOOD you DIDN'T do the jump glitch Area 2 Chapter 1 you can go on the side abit more to shorten it 7:31 avoid that cutscene you can bypass that Chapter 2 Entertain while we wait I got bored Chapter 4 RUN FOR THE HILLS I saw you slow down by abit need a fix

I seem to be unable to find a version that doesn't have the PAL/NTSC patch at the beginning... Every place I check to buy it from is 615,073,872 bytes.

Something that should've been done in the first level of "The Village" which VGR didn't do. Link to video I want to look into this game again but the values are what preventing me to do so. Oh also this can be executed better... I saved about 6 frames (from the point of picking up the vase not getting to)

Thanks exile on the values. User movie #17396547453561890 --deleted-- Start at 0:50 for stuff happening. Using Analog Controls Note: This is just a test... counts As mentioned 3 times in this post. If I recall correctly. VGR told me he was using a patch so his load times are whack.

Here's a comparison between exile's and mine: --deleted-- Our starting input is the exact same so I removed all of that. What exile did wrong: Long turn at the start (maybe) Rolled into the house Talked to Chaca late Failed to Roll into next area (easiest fix ever) What I did wrong: Failed to land on the houses earlier Rolling on the raising platforms (maybe)
