So, Since Sonic 2 will take a while to completion, I wanted to do something to get my mind off of it. Stuff? This is just a quick bit I made. I think it may be faster than the current publication but I havent checked.

You're four frames faster in the opening menu. You gain a minor lead early on in gameplay, but lose it by the end of the second car. Everything after the second car is slower, but you incur less lag when you reach the burning part of the village.
