962 frames (16.03 seconds) faster than the current published run!
Here's some info about the movie.
World 1: Kongo Jungle
Jungle Hijinxs: I was faster becasue I rolled through more enemies which increases speed.
World 3: Vine Valley
Clam City: I used gentle wall better and saved couple of frames here.
World 4: Gorilla Glacier
Snow Barrel Blast: Timed some jumps better
Slipslide Ride: I jumped faster on the enemy and was able to climb faster. I didn't throw away the barrel on top and just went past it and saved couple of frames. I also climed the ropes faster.
Ice Age Alley: I used the barrel near checkpoint because it's much faster than flying.
World 5: Kremkroc Indrusties Inc
Oil Drum Alley: I didn't get Rambi beacause he's sooo slow, saved over 100 frames!
World 6: Chimp Caverns
Misty Mine: Timed some jumps better. I didn't go to bonus stage like Alex did because going there is slower.
Platform Perils: I timed some jumps better in here too.
Enjoy ;)
Thanks to Guybrush, he help me with the txt :)

Wow, you redid the last boss fight faster than I thought. You know I totally dig this movie Sami. Very entertaining and very fast. Your DKC runs are always awesome. :) Voting Yes of course. This movie was really "hyvä", as you say. ;)

I don't know what's more impressive; that you improved this by 16 seconds, or that you seemed to finish working on it in 16 seconds. Oil drum alley was really slick, please forgive the unintentional pun. Ummm....hmmm....how about yes.

Also voting Yes but even though its very impressive that you can produce another run after so short time when you recently submitted your DKC2 run, Im beginning to wonder if its wise to work so fast. Seems like Arne has spotted some parts where you could have saved at least 30 frames or so.. etc. I saw your run and it was nice.

I will watch this later. Nice time. Watching the old run, it seems hard to improve. I seen some techneques i thought could be better.

rope bridge rumble - oil drum alley - elivator antics. Those were the most noticeable improvements (from my memory of older run). Alot of repitition from the last movie though. But since this is Fast as possible im not going to be cruel, (like i will be when the 101% comes out). Voting yes. Question: how did you avoid crawling through those small areas?

Hey, I'm always in favor of fast movies, as long as quality isn't sacrificed. This run is definitely quality in my eyes.

A quality run in my eyes. Voting yes. The fact that it improves the original run, is enough reason itself to vote yes!

Jungle Hijinxs: I was faster becasue I rolled through more enemies which increases speed.
[strike]Will be watching momentarily.[/strike] Excellent run. I love how you totally abuse the physics system. Your Mine Cart Rampage jumping seemed so inappropiate, yet worked beautifully. Yes vote.

Work at your own pace. If others think you are working too fast, then they can make the run at the pace they think it should be made. Keep on keepin' on, Sami.

Just watched the movie AVI, once again, very nice. Quick question: Why did you put a message regarding SpikedHumor after the fight with BDD? Did they steal a run, pass it off as a legit speedrun, and claim it as theirs? Why at that location?

I got angry because of this page. spikedhumor.com/articles/9936/Emulated_Mario64_Highlight_Reel_re_encode.html No particular reason for that location. I just selected it because it's somewhere in the middle of it. I considered doing this practice for all published movies from now on (or at least ones of the famous games), but on the second thought, it might be in vain because I don't think these movies will be much in the interest of Spikedhumor after all.

As a consequence, Spikedhumor's reproduction of all material released by the Nesvideos site is expressly forbidden from now on.
I hate when that happens, although I found it funny that peope thought spezzafer was Korean... @Sami: Download the AVI, and look at the screen at around 15:52 seconds. You'll see a message at the bottom of the screen that Bisqwit (or Dehacked) put in.
