You could to do a TAS just for entertainment, with all glitches discovered, and another with "Aims for Fastest Time". Or just one but with speed/entertainment tradeoffs.

FODA, any news? I'd really want to see a TAS made of this game.

I've been working 12 hours / day so haven't had time... I hope to have more time in a few months, but anyone is free to work on this. Just post here that you're interested and I'll send all my movie files which show variations of the glitch. If nobody is interested it may take a while : /

I have for the moment given up on making this a full TAS because I can't manipulate the final level glitch to finish the game, so I was expecting to generate some AVIs of the glitches and put them on youtube, but I can't make AVIs of sms games using dega (I'm on windows). Should I make a TAS that finishes the game normally?

Yeah. Glitchless run sounds really nice. Can you give some urls to your YouTube videos related to this?

Like I said, I can't make avis from dega (I think it only makes avis in linux)... If anyone can rip them and send back to me would be nice.

You could try to use some desktop video capturing program... I don't know any for Windows, but I'm sure there is. I bet Google can answer to this. ;)

Hello and welcome to TASvideos. Good luck with your Alex Kidd run, We do, however, already have a thread for this game. You should post there instead.
