This is a W.I.P. of level 1. There are 4 levels. Is this worth TASing?
  • Aims for fastest time
  • Takes damage to save time
  • Ignores bonuses and power-ups to save time
  • Manipulates luck
  • Uses dega-1.15-win32

Just asking before playing: Isn't the same as the Super Nes/ Genesis version, only worse? Or is it a new game, like the SMS Sonic games?

I didn't know there was a Super Nes version, but I just looked for some footage on Youtube, and I can tell you that it's different. I can also tell that it's different from the Genesis version as well: the settings and the enemies are similar, but the level layouts and the controls are different. I'd record an AVI of this W.I.P. but apparently only the Linux build of Dega can dump AVI files...

New W.I.P., which now includes all of level 2, and level 3 up to the boss: http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/1448739557/Chuck%20Rock%20%28JUE%29%20%5B%21%5D.mmv Now I have a problem, since I can't come up with a valid strategy for that boss, is anyone up to help? Please... edit: very low quality encode made with a screen recorder, just for viewing purposes.

Thanks :) But without a good strategy for level 3's boss, this project dies here. I can beat it, I could beat it even on my real game gear when I was 8... But I doubt a TAS where I lose 3 lives while fighting a boss would look good :( I failed once again.
