Hello! 1st I will say a submissions to this movie:
  • -Played in VBA-rr v22
  • -Records count: 346
  • -Time: 0:55:19
  • -Frames: 199168
  • -Fastest time, but lowest score
  • -No warps or passwords
Now, what the heck is that movie: This movie is played for the fastest time, with getting the lowest score, as is possible. Where i did some mistakes: I've died 2 or 3 times, getted more points, when I've wanted. Why small records?: I'm a newbee maker. Sometimes I was to stop Mario and do a savestate. It was small hard. The worst are at least last boss. 300 frames needed. 2-3 deaths because I've maked a savestates on deaths. :/ I've only small Mario, because ANY mushroom costs me 1000 points. Each one coin 100 points. Enemies are from 100 to 800 points. Each time costs me 10 points. That's why I've maked that one. :) My movie on each level ends on 001, because 000 is a quick death.
I think, that movie can be encoded. :)

Like I mentioned in this thread, this has been done on a mario game, and is a really bad goal choice. And since this is now extended to 55 minutes, I don't think it can be that...entertaining.

You can probably get a much lower score by getting over 100000 points, earning a continue, then getting a game over just before (or on) the final boss (resetting your score) and continuing from the continue. (Or do you have to do it at the start of 4-3? I can't remember, but either way, it'd make the score a lot lower.) What score is attained by the existing SML run? If iti's substantially less than the amount needed to get a continue, low score might actually be an interesting category. But this isn't the way to do it.

What does "Sometimes I was to stop Mario and save" mean? Did the author just say that he used the normal saving system instead of the savestates?

Without using continues or deahts, according to my testings you can complete the game with 10,550 points. You said your movie gets 19,110...

346 rerecording counts for 199168 frames. "Sometimes I was to stop Mario and save. " I don't know what this means.My English is not too bad but I cannot understand this. It is not the lowest score. And the target make it so long and boring.

But it is your job to cancel the movie. Judges reject movies, authors cancel them.

Judging on the submission text, it sounds like you didn't use slowdown or frame advance. At the very least: Use this to improve your accuracy. If you play slower then it will be easier to remove your mistakes. Also definitely use frame advance: Pause (Ctrl-P), hold the buttons/directions you want to be pressed on the next frame, then press \ or Ctrl-N. This gives you perfect control over what buttons are pressed when. Definitely post your movies in your topic instead, though. Make sure everyone has a chance to see that the movie is played perfectly before you submit it!

Well... I've used slow down (i like 50% xd), but what is a frame advance? I don't know xD

It is a hotkey that pauses the game and advances 1 frame (0.016 seconds at 60 FPS) each time you press it. You can hold button keys and then press frame advance in order to press certain buttons for a specific frame.
