Not satisfied with the YouTube answer, but my option would still be to soft subtitle it so that's my stance for it.
I doubt having them behind the closed captioning which most users don’t have turned on would have prepared them.

I will need to fix this soon, but it may not happen this immediately until I am done with finals.
There are a couple videos that show all levels, but some of them use different versions than the submitted TAS. Noticed that a different game version had a different Quota for the Patrol "Timing" stage. But the max points end up being the same. Not noticing any stages where there seems to be less targets so speed should be the same.
That's fine, but they're still *two different goals* - one is finishing all levels, the other is similar to how we handle Tetris. I still assert that there should be a branch that allows for using the built-in start level selection just like Tetris and allows completing the game as fast as possible instead of trudging through a 100%. The current TAS is many years old and can be improved but it should be a separate branch all the same.
