I can not put a movie in fm3 on the site
each time the same message appears saying "no movies received" while I put a file in .fm3 without putting it in a folder .zip

You just answered your own question, you need to put it in a zip folder.
finally i come back here because even when i put the movie in a ".zip" folder which is winrar, there is always this error message that i mentioned before.
for information, the movie was done with the "TASEditor" with "FCEUX 2.2.3" and was saved on my desktop in .fm3
I do not know if that's the way to record the movie we just made but I start when the timer is 400 and its finished when Mario touches the flag at the end of the first level which is level 1 -1 on "Super Mario Bros."

I don't understand what you are saying. You have your input file (.fm2) and you want to render it on the emu as a video ? or do you want to create a input file (which will contain inputs and that you can submit on this site.)

First you only submit on this site, then your movie will be judged by a judge who will verify the optimisation of the TAS and if the TAS follows the Movie Rules. and if all fits, it will be then published by a publisher on the site.
Now, i advice you if it's your first TAS and you are not sure about its optimisation to upload your TAS in the userfile section.
