Ah, yes, it's boomerang. As you said, the weapon is before the end, I'm not sure that we really need the glitch or not. And good luck with your CotM run.

It needs shuriken and club dinosaur, and seems to be used at some specific places. Up to now, I haven't find the way of warping to last stage, need to try more times.

Yeah, I also plan to TAS the game. I think you lost a few time, why didn't you walk faster after getting "D-plate" by holding B button (like doing it in Super Mario)? Also, do you know the swimming glitch? Maybe it can warp to the last stage (I'm not sure) after getting shuriken weapon and club dinosaur? Sorry, I vote no.

Same to me. Also, I think the game is not very interesting, but I'm glad to see a game on new system was submitted. And thanks for the emulator. ^ ^

Hmm, Sir VG, there is still a few problem in the wip. For example, why didn't you jump off the line as early as possible? And I think you can jump on some podiums earlier. The re-recond count is still very less, I hope you will show it true later. :)

Right. He can't sink into some walls in normal physics, the water physics makes him to get more speed.

To moozooh: 1. I've checked, it's the first time I've TASed the game, so there are a few moving mistakes in beginning part. :( 2. I've compared the part from the door of Chapel to Gladiator's room in Arena between pirate_sephiroth's and mine. Mine is about 3 seconds faster, I moved a little faster, but don't forget that he skiped the dialogue in Underground Reservoir when Soma met Yoko, I can't do that in normal mode. I think that working in normal mode is better for a any% run, starting from SRAM (noly a NG+, hard mode is needless) is better for the all souls run, the run will be very long and dialogues are not important. Also, pirate_sephiroth, have you made the complete route of all souls run?

Are you sure it's frame effective to skip the Skeleton Knight soul?
I'm not sure. Both Atma and pirate_sephiroth didn't get the soul in their runs, so... I skip it. :( I know it looks not good that taking damage from enemies. I tried to get Spoiled Milk and killed Evil Butcher many times, but it didn't drop. I had to do that. Anyway, maybe that's a bad idea, but it doesn't lost any frame(it seems to save several frames of using Spoiled Milk), the effect is same that using Lubicant's soul by 1HP and 3HP. Now I keep the run for some time. I can't get Lubicant's soul... the damned enemy.

For a more than 26 minutes run, 1500+ re-records was a bit less. I don't think it's perfect, some movement can be optimized.

The game doesn't look like an Akumajou game. :/ The run is good, I think that did well in stage 4. Yes.

Sorry I reply the post. I want to do this that I didn't see who did it. I use Sasuke, he runs faster than other 2 guys. Stage 1 is finished.

Which Konami classic games are your favourite? I like Konami old games and Konami Kukeiha Club. Here are some series(old game, on Arcade, MSX, FDS, NES, PC-Engine, GB, SNES, Genesis), which do you like? 1.Contra 2.Gradius 3.Salamander 4.Ganbare Goemon 5.Castlevania 6.Twinbee 7.Tokimeki Memorial 8.Parodius 9.Snatcher & Policenauts 10.Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 11.Tiny Toon Adventures 12.Track Field 13.Sunset Riders 14.Goonies 15.Metal Gear and so on I like Castlevania and Parodius. Castlevania is a great series, there are many good game(such as Dracula's Curse and Rondo of Blood), music is nice too. Parodius is a very funny, interesting shooting game series, I like its special style, we can call it "wai wai shooting". What're about you?

to moozooh: I think Cardboard's non-glitch run is very nice, I don't know how to improve. :( to klmz: Do you mean using floating glitch? But I don't konw it. I will improve if I can use it. Or someone does it who knows the glitch.

Hi, I did a 100% rate run. It's a long run, does it break the TAS rule?

Wouldn't it be possible to reduce lag quite a lot in some places? Instead of jumping over enemies you could kill some of them to save a couple of more frames?
I think it's possible. I killed some enemies in some places to reduce lag, saved several frames in some of them, in others not saved. So I'm sure that the run can be improved, with much more re-record counts.

how does Juste float as if underwater in other parts of the castle?
Juste passed Death's pond when he rised in the wall in Skeleton Cave, then he jumped slow.

Thanks for telling me the key. I think that will increase many re-record count without turboing, do it? JXQ, I understood your words, I pressed B button at the earliest frame to get critical hit in more time(except boss fight). And you said right, we can't just be satisfied with feeling of watching. I think luck is strange, sometime it's easy to get something you want, but sometime almost impossible to get...

Sorry, I'm afraid that I don't know how to make it frame-exactly without turboing, would someone tell me how to do it please? Oh, I've tested out that Juste falls about 50 frames faster than he dives just before final fight. :( JXQ, do you mean that the frames I've saved by luck manipulating critical hits are less than those I've lost somewhere else?

Maybe you won't know why until you try it yourself.

做得不错!我觉得这游戏很难,所以我每次玩的时候都用了密码. Nice job! I think it's a hard game, so I used password every time when I play it. :(
