This is the second speed fighter TAS that has been incorrectly placed to Moons. The last time this happened from what I recall was on Tekken 3.
...a movie that recieved postive votes and not very many negative votes IN THE SUBMISSION THREAD is not what I’d consider “incorrectly placed into moons”.

Yes. Let's look at the submission thread. Oh would you look at that. It's 3 Yes Votes to 1 No Vote. 75% in favour not bad for comments. Anyways. Try and validate your point clearer since the ratings on the Movie paints a completely different picture to the votes on the Submission poll (the word you're look for).

Disables Comments and Ratings for the YouTube account. Something better for yourself and also others.

You said this was incorrectly placed into moons because the ratings show 3.9 for entertainment, however you are forgetting that those ratings did not come out until AFTER the movie got accepted and published to moons. So the publication ratings are irrelevant when you’re claiming that the judge incorrectly accepted it to moons. You can say it doesn’t deserve moons now because of the ratings on the publication, bur to say it was incorrectly accepted to moons is just flat out false.

Wrong. EZGames69, it's the judge's job to predict the ratings and judge accordingly. The poll results are not ratings. The simplicity of the poll results makes them only a tool to estimate the final feedback. Saying "the decision is correct until people rated the movie" is wrong. The statement "the judge had no way of knowing what the rating would be" is the reason we even have judges.

Wrong.
Can you provide a source to this? Because I dont see anywhere in here that says they have to predict the publication ratings. I do see this:
Factor in the submission votes. The Moons tier can only be used if the feedback is positive by a strong majority. Nach and adelikat suggest that 80% yes votes is generally a strong majority.
the feedback in the submission poll was fairly positive, 11 yes vote compared to 2 no votes, which is 84% approval. In my eyes, this is a case where the submission got more positive ratings, but not the publication ratings, which even you know isn’t an abnormal thing to happen.

Read again. It says "determine what the overall feedback is". The ratings exist to represent the overall feedback.

The feedback provided during the judgement was all positive, with the accetion of one person with negative feedback. What other way is there for a judge to determine that publication ratings would be poor?

It's fun to see the last opponent committing suicide, and the reception was almost completely positive. Accepting for Moons.
Seems like the judge DID do that.

Please see what that was in response to. Spike is saying that the ratings on the publication is the reason why the movie was incorrectly accepted to moons instead of vault. However I said it was irrelevant because those ratings did not come until after it was published, and the only method of seeing how well received the movie was, was the submission thread AND the polling, which have been mostly positive. The judge watched the run, enjoyed it, and saw that others have enjoyed it so it was accepted into moons. There is no indication that it was a borderline case since there wasn’t more negative votes. Now I do think that because of what the publication ratings have right now, sitting at 3.8 for entertainment, then yes, moving it to vault makes sense now that we have more examples of feedback being negative, but my point wasn’t that it should stay in moons, it was that with the information we had prior to the movie being accepted, there were more positive votes than negative ones, so the judge did not incorrectly accepted it to moons like Spikestuff is saying. This is the last that I am going to talk about this.

I remember someone raising the same point and there was a discussion about it. Here is the link.
