FRAME WAR TIME!!!!

I beat Kyman's run by 16 frames.
The improvements are from these parts of the run.
  • I skipped the menu faster, saved 5 frames.
  • Reduced lag in Hall of Stairs, saved 1 frame.
  • Reduced lag in The Cellar, saved 3 frames.
  • Better boss battle, saved 7 frames.
That's it. I used vba v24 as always, and the run is still quite unentertaining.
