The Smurfs

The Smurfs is a licensed platforming game by Infogrames for the Game Boy that's based on the comic strip of the same name. As with many other licensed games at the time, it also features non-platforming levels such as a log riding river level and bird riding level, The story centers around the kidnapping of three Smurfs by their arch-enemy Gargamel. You play as another Smurf who goes out on a daring adventure to rescue his friends before they find themselves in a terrible fate.

For this run, MUGG decides to not use the B button for its entirety, including outside of the actual gameplay itself. As this prevents the Smurf from running or kicking, some creative solutions are utilized to get around certain obstacles.
