room10: HEART is the tenth game in indie developer Ichima's Escape Room game series. In this game, you are trapped in what appears to be a pretty neat hotel room. How you got trapped there and why it looks like someone else is staying there probably isn't important. What matters is that you have to find the key to the door out of there, even if it's very well-hidden. It could be a stalker, though.
Spikestuff in this run thankfully knows where all the items are and what all the codes are and escapes from the room, not wanting to know what mysterious person could have trapped them there.
