Miss Paint is a puzzle platformer by Twice Twice Studios. It is set in an environment reminiscent of the Windows 98 days, where players use editing tools such as rotate, resize, copy, move as well as rectangle to edit the levels themselves and guide the titular character to victory by touching anything that's green.
