Notes:
0:43 - Change weapon to wide beam.
1:00 - Can't crouch on top of a wall.
2:30 - Star gives invisibility for 15 seconds.
2:57 - It's barely possible to hit 5 times in a cycle.
3:26 - You can manipulate the dragon with your movement and shooting. Well, true for most bosses.
3:35 - Change weapon to triple shot and suit to speed suit.
4:11 - Only the lower part is vulnerable.
5:14 - level up. Weapons become more potent. This is fixed to happen here, so not dependant on points.
5:42 - Level up.
7:32 - Change weapon to normal shot. It deals most damage.
7:49 - Change weapon to triple shot.

Fog: Judging.
Fog: Normally, this would be a rather simple case of accepting for Vault as it looks somewhat optimized. However, with the existence of a WIP file from another author, a comparison needs to be done between the two to see which is the faster movie. An issue with comparing between these two movies is that they're both on different versions of the game (maTO using US version, with mtbRc using the JP version). At different points between the two movie files, the file which is ahead changes. I've chosen to split it based on boss fight finish up to the last completed portion of the WIP from mtbRc.
Boss # | mtbRc | maTO | Difference |
---|---|---|---|
1 | 1805 | 1693 | -112 |
2 | 3873 | 3807 | -66 |
3 | 5744 | 5610 | -134 |
4 | 6725 | 6632 | -93 |
5 | 8057 | 8281 | +224 |
6 | 10708 | 11181 | +473 |
7 | 12000 | 12665 | +665 |
8 | 14642 | 15224 | +582 |
9 | 16813 | 17457 | +644 |
10 | 18211 | 18829 | +618 |
11 | 19850 | 20496 | +646 |
End | 20442 | 21082 | +640 |
I've also included a video comparison to show the differences in real time.
Language differences aside, there is clearly a big difference (nearly 11 seconds) between the two movie files. With this in mind, I can't in good conscience accept the current submission as it stands.
Rejecting for not beating a known record.
