Turnabout/Migi Hadari U-SA is a basic and not widely known puzzle game developed by Artdink and published by Natsume.
The goal is to get rid of all colored objects by rotating the stage 90 degrees clockwise or counterclockwise. There are a total of 100 stages in the game and this movie aims to complete all of them as fast as possible.

Masterjun: This run looks quite optimized. It's a long puzzle game and so the reception was not quite good enough for the Moons category. Also, it should be mentioned that round 99 and 100 are completed after round 89 and before round 90.
