feos: This run only syncs on interim/dev build of desmume. I asked zeromus to make a new release so this could be seamlessly accepted without hacking the rules against interim builds. He's busy right now, but hopefully he finds time on it within a month. Until then, setting this submission to Delayed. Meanwhile I may try resyncing on a stable release.
