This submission is for Tiny Toon Adventures Cartoon Workshop, an NES game where you're tasked with making your own cartoon through the various parameters and options.
Since the goal of the game is just to make and play a movie, we make one with no characters, no dialog, no anything. It plays itself and fades to black, and another meme TAS is in the books.
