ThunderAxe31: I found general optimization issues throughout the whole movie. First, I compared to the RTA WR, and I've noticed that during the Patrick levels you're slower overall. Then, I tried looking at your inputs, and I've noticed that you've been feeding mashed input without really following a criteria, and I was able to easily improve the first level by trying different inputs. Also, you could have skipped the story dialogues by pressing Start, but instead you kept mashing A.
In order to beat a game as fast as possible, you need to carefully consider and plan your inputs for every small place of the game. I warmly suggest you to use TAStudio and try inserting inputs by clicking on each specific frame. Then, try different inputs and save a new branch to compare the different results. You will notice how different inputs can result in faster or slower outcomes. I also suggest to watch this video tutorial to learn more about TAStudio.
