In the fourth generation of consoles, it was not common to have games in Portuguese among the Mega Drive games, even localizations of the games for Brazil were rare. In this scenario, a few Brazilian games were released for the console. One of them was Show do Milhão, based on the SBT auditorium television program of the same name, it is a question and answer game (Quiz).

Darkman425: I found some techniques to save frames.
- Whenever the answer to a question is in slot 4, it's faster to press Up -> Left -> Up+A rather than pressing Down repeatedly. This save 4 frames whenever this is the case.
- More distressingly, I found that questions can be RNG manipulated. Depending on when either the game is started or when an answer is locked in after selecting it, a different question can be loaded. Different questions apparently have different loading times so even if the answer to the next question is less than ideal, just getting a faster loading question would save time overall.
I made a user file that answers 5 questions and is 21 frames ahead of this submission. Feel free to finish up from where I started if that initial look ends up being more optimal than what you can get: UserFiles/Info/638157954547729465
While they're both small time saves, they add up across 16 questions. Also considering how much player input there is for this game, they're pretty significant factors to know about. With another pass with those techniques in mind, I can see a future submission by you that's acceptable. For now, I'm rejecting this submission for optimization.
