The game lags whenever you load a level, which obviously doesn't count. We are talking about the fastest gameplay lag frame.
Comments
All I had to do was manipulate the already quite laggy frogs to drop a large energy refill. As always seems to be the case with this game, there was another incredibly close route I considered, which I happen to think is much cooler. It's 17 frames slower: the second-fastest lag frame. It abuses a weird glitch with the air tiki horns where you can keep spawning extra ones if you scroll them off screen again and again. I actually showed this off in my Buster-only WIP, just enough to not cause any lag.
