Lights! is a homebrew game made by Roger Bacon, and it is a classic 5x5 turn-off-all-the-lights kinda game. There are 26 levels in total, all done within 1:33.
The game allows an action to occur every 8 frames, and I discovered that diagonal movements are allowed. I used https://www.dcode.fr/lights-out-solver to get the solutions and I routed the solutions as best I could. Think I did it as well as possible
