About the Game(s):
Action 52 is an unlicensed game made for the NES and Sega Genesis, featuring - you guessed it - 52 different video games. The NES version was published in 1991, whereas the Genesis version was published in 1993. Both versions were published by Active Enterprises.
Magic Bean is game 43/52 in the Sega Genesis version of Action 52. You play as Jack from the famous fairytale Jack and the Beanstalk, who has to climb 9 beanstalks to reach the giant's castle at the top of each, while dodging various items such as shoes, swords, horseshoes and cups of coffee.
About the TAS:
This TAS aims for fastest completion, which means completing all 9 levels as fast as possible.
Gameplay/Tech:
This is essentially a survival game, so the first 8 levels are very trivial.
At the start of each level, we have to press D for 28 frames, which is as much as the game allows us to do before we reach the bottom of the screen. This does not affect the frame count.
An interesting footnote here is that unlike Sunday Drive or Slalom, this minigame does not have the early input end trick. If you get hit, you restart from the beginning of the level. 3 strikes and you're back to the main menu.
Input ends on frame 28125, on what is probably the last input needed to avoid all the items.
And That's It!
Thanks for reading. If you manage to find an earlier input end, I'll add you as a co-author.

nymx: Claiming for judging.
nymx: This is like so many other Action 52 games for the Genesis. Basically, it's an "Auto-Scroller" where you dodge to survive. Only thing is, it gets harder on each level. The last one is the mix of mass confusion and the most interesting one to watch. One thing I want to point out, for those who haven't questioned it, is that the level is basically on a timer. It doesn't matter if you push up to crawl faster...it still ends off on the same frame for any given level...even if you don't do anything.
Accepting.
