Martian Prisoner (Compute's Gazette)
Without warning, the Martians have suddenly started a devastating war against Earth. They have captured you and are holding you prisoner in a cell on a Martian space cruiser headed toward Earth. The cruiser also carries a secret weapon that can neutralize all of Earth's defenses. Your tasks is to destroy the Martian ship and escape in a life-craft before the Martians can complete their sinister mission.

Why TAS This Game?
The continuation of TASing games from my all-time favorite magazine, Compute's Gazette. This makes my 67th TAS from this series.
Finally, I decided to join the crowd and present to you the first "Text Adventure" game for the C64 on this site. While others exist, I am still focused on completing the library of Compute's Gazette games. Here...this game wasn't something that I was interested in, at the time. I believe some years later, I finally decided to get to this one...probably to complete my collection of games. When I did try, I never was interested enough to figure it out. Well, that has changed and now here is the finished product.
Game Difficulty and Ending
There is no difficulty. This is a "Text Adventure" with a definite ending....which is stated on the last move.
Effort In TASing (Not BOTed)
I wondered if someone had a solution for this game and I found a person, by the name of Georg Rottensteiner, who did. The only difference in the online solution, was the fact that I shortened the commands to 3 letter, which is the minimum amount of effort it takes to recognize a command and object.
