I decided to submit this run because its very different from the nes run besides the no-lag and fast weapon swap, it has different usage of Super Arrows and zips that you dont see on the nes run.
  • Starman
In this stage i take advantage of the gravity after take a damage from enemies to fall faster (screen 1 to 2, screen 2 to 3, screen 3 to 4 and in the last part of the stage). Theres no much more different from the nes run.
  • Gravityman
I figured out a way to use the Super Arrow with inverted gravity, sliding on the ground and then jumping to the other side, the Super Arrow will push you far ahead than moving or sliding normal, this is used many times on the stage, and i think is a big difference with the nes run.
  • Gyroman
In this stage i combine Rush Coil with Super Arrow to climb ladders or gain height really fast, saving some Super Arrows for more optimal usage.
  • Crystalman
I did comparisons between doing the entire stage and doing the Crystal Skip, and the skip was slower, probably because of the no-lag existence, its faster to do the entire stage optimal. The stage itself is very different from the nes run, with much more zips around the entire stage.
  • Napalmman
More zips and better usage of Super Arrow, on the fight i throw a Star Crash first to kill him faster.
  • Stoneman
Better usage of Super Arrow, in this stage i use Napalm Bomb to change the fall speed value off the Super Arrow, this is pretty easy to do in this version since you can swap weapon with L and R. In the fight i did a pause menu to take the best pattern for Stoneman.
  • Chargeman
In this stage i use heavy RNG manipulation to use the Super Arrow almost on the entire stage.
  • Waveman
The boat skip is not possible on this version since you will softlock the game, thats the reason i take the normal way.
  • Darkman Stages
Heavy RNG manipulation across the entire Darkman stages, and very different Super Arrow strats than nes run.
  • Wily Stages
Different and better Super Arrow usage. I did the Refights Skip with Rush Jet to save Super Arrow for a fast Wily Press fight. Before the Wily Capsule fight, i wait a few frames to take the best Capsule pattern.

Darkman425: Super Arrow robot, Mega Man. Wait, that's not how that goes. Anyways, claiming for judging.
Darkman425: Everything looks good and the movement tricks available with a fast weapon swap makes for a distinct take on the game compared to the original NES release. Someday, the NES version's TAS will implement the boss rush skip. Nice work!
Accepting to Standard.
