Thought this run was pretty fun. I didn't know this game at all, but the cast of characters was colorful and pretty large. The rounds felt different in their approach and had some surprising moments in store. Just based on this casual viewing, I found it enjoyable enough to vote 'yes'.

But it's TAS show fighting. It's supposed to be wacky and unlikely, not just imitate high-level human gameplay with higher precision. ...Right?

A LJN game, huh... Well, watching the run wasn't too unbearable. The damage abuse tactics were nice, and the game had far more lively music than it really deserved. Just a tad monotonous overall. I'll give it a happy-go-lucky 'meh' vote.

Pleasant and nostalgic. Gets a mild 'yes' vote from me.

Most of the run was decent thanks to the zipping glitch, and I actually laughed a lot at the pixelated levels. I might have even voted 'yes' if it weren't for those soul-crushing autoscrollers. Alas, my half-crushed soul can now only muster a 'meh' vote. As a side note, the rating "💩💩💩" suits what is technically a sewer level quite well.

Hmm, this is the first time I'm seeing Inversion. My first thoughts are: "this seems like a modern indie puzzle platformer." ...And sure enough, Inversion is a homebrew game from 2013, although done using NES technology. Pretty neat. Hey, these levels seem pretty creative and with the frame wars the playing is sure be optimal. So here's a 'yes' vote for the mild intrigue I felt for this whole thing.

Osman is a cool game, with a strange art direction and nice music, so I enjoyed watching this playaround of it. However, the difference between any% and this playaround (to my Osman-untrained eye) doesn't seem that big. No major skips exist in the game, so both runs complete the same levels in a similarly awesome and completely incomprehensibly hectic manner, even though the playaround faffs around a bit more in favor of some extra funny moments and meets some extra mini-bosses. I dunno... as far as "demonstrating" the game goes, this TAS still rushes through things pretty fast and the experience feels similar to any%. I might have enjoyed this TAS even more if the player gave the game more room to "breathe". Maybe even show some of the short cutscenes between the levels to give the viewer some context regarding the madness happening on the screen, and thus gain more appreciation for it? That's my two cents at least. Overall it still gets a 'yes' from me, even though I criticize the hectic style that feels too similar in spirit to the any%. (But could it even be helped, considering what crazy action this whole game is...?)

This run is very Vegasy, very gamblingy, fortunately also winningy, in other words lucky. The ending also teaches us that no amount of money can buy one class. I guess I'm voting 'meh'.

Seems like a fairly simplistic game, but on the other hand the simplicity adds certain visual clarity - a trait that is often helpful with a speed game's entertainment value. What else... Shinobi's animations look dainty, but I guess that suits the whole being ninja thing. Still doesn't explain why he technically speedwalks through the entire game, but maybe he is just so confident in his skills that he knows he can save the day even if he just walks at a frisk pace. At first it felt like the game is a bit overlong for what it is, but then the later levels start featuring really big crowds of enemies and the action looks more impressive. So yeah, I kind of liked this run in the end. Would give it a mild-mannered 'yes' vote.

Whoa, did I just see Batman and other classic DC characters explode into atoms? A dark day for the DC heroes indeed. The combat strategies look consistent, and while this game is no Tekken with its crazy fast rounds, it's also not hopelessly devoid of entertainment value thanks to its license and short amount of fights. I'll give it a slightly perturbed 'meh' vote.

I can't say I was particularly entertained by this TAS. I liked some playing around during downtime (like almost falling down in chasms) but the run gets a bit samey for its length and features some truly annoying sounds / music at times. Maybe this is just a personal thing, though. ...But hey, an improvement is an improvement!

Looks good, as runs of Metroid-games tend to do. Voting 'yes'.

It looks like the Battletoads fail so hard that entire causality collapses, and then they win. I think the run is amusing in its brevity and obvious glitchiness, so a 'yes' vote from me.

Nice abuse of odd physics and glitches once again. Yes vote.

It's a game as stylish as it is weird. The action is fast-paced and fun, so I can't help but give a 'yes' vote to parachute pants. I mean this TAS.

Throw left for justice. Hey, it's an improvement, so good job. But it gets an ambiguous 'meh' vote from me.

Kind of fun and short TAS. Felt nostalgia for the run finale that makes Heihachi look highly inept once again. You can really feel the impotent rage and deep shame in his scream as he faints from sheer humiliation. I guess it all deserves a weak 'yes'.

A sympathetic although not supremely entertaining game choice. But it helps the TAS is only 6,5 minutes long. In the end I was left with a neutral 'meh' vote.

It's nothing short of amazing what you guys have done with TTYD lately. But speaking about this TAS as a viewing experience... eh, the run has hefty downtime at places and so I only find it pretty entertaining, not superbly entertaining. It still easily gets a 'yes' vote, though.

Not related to traditional musical skills that much since most of this material is generated... but I recently put together an album of "glitch music". https://akheon.bandcamp.com/releases

Seems like a game that is fast-paced, intricate and unbelievably tedious all at the same time. Regardless, I liked the run, and shall now award it with a 'yes' vote. "Most impressive" - Darth Vader

I didn't watch much of the encodes, but I chuckled out several while reading the submission comments. The main character has quite a surreal adventure in this game! My favorite parts included eating a ghost's brain, creating a big pile of anti-gold and emptying a potion shop with the help of a gelatinous cube enemy. Hopefully when you guys make a publishable run of this game, there will be an encode that incorporates some of that fun commentary and explains the crazy stuff that is going on to ordinary viewers.

No one can withstand your mighty throws. I was actually kind of entertained by this run, so I'll give it a yes.

Both Kage and Akira have a simple forward movement of just holding right and turbo'ing A. Kage is a more complex character and he has another dash as well: A, f, d+f, A, f, d+f... Or at least this was the fastest way I could utilize his forward step. Alternating between these two movements is a way to manipulate enemy A.I. as well.

Nice, someone else picked up this game. I started TASing it a while ago, but was too lazy to finish it. Unfortunately, your tactic of fighting fair and square, while honorable, is not the fastest way to do ring-outs in this game... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nyDaKI9AB14 Both Kage and Akira have a fast movement tactic like this, it wasn't definitive to me which is actually faster.

Lots of fast, impressively diagonal running. Lots of nostalgia. Guess I'll vote yes, as it's a pretty fun, short run.
