I think that's when the file gets corrupted so it thinks there's a different number of input bytes then there really is. Something like that.

That actually sounds good to me. But I admit that most people wouldn't like to host a bunch of movies that nobody wants to watch. Maybe the question should also include whether the goal is a worthy one.

The SNES version has also never been called "Megaman and Bass" as far as I know. Cough up some box art or something, or I won't believe you!

Is there a way to get back to the title screen besides winning the game? I was just thinking that you could do an All CDs run by first getting all the CDs that ForteBass is faster at, then resetting and going back for the rest in a new game with MegaRockMan. You could then finish the game with MegaRockMan to show off his performance in all the levels, despite him being a suboptimal character. But if you have to beat all the final stages before you can switch, that might be annoying.
