Yeah, I started having that same problem when I moved here. I did manage to make a download work by waiting for sixty-some minutes and hitting the Free button on nearly the exact second it allowed me to... (I think the minute it's counting down starts over when you hit the button, but I'm not completely sure.)

It should just be an option in all the emulators to let you see the time in either form.
