Thanks,1.11.0 seems to work now! 1.11.4 also doesn't seem to work on Win7, which the computer I am using runs on. All I need is to get a game to play on it...

I have tried what you suggested, but it seems to have the exact same problem as before. EmuHawk does not seem to be functioning correctly. Double-clicking to open it does not open any windows, and (according to Task Manager) it runs for a few seconds and then ends.

When I try to open Bizhawk, nothing happens. I hope that it is because I do not know how to open Bizhawk, but a Youtube video completely fails to help.

Watching a recording of a speed run with a clear shot of the controller being used, like with the hand-cam for trihex's Yoshi's Island speed run at the AGDQ 2014, would be more reliable, as the TV monitor showing the game could be linked to a CPU showing a TAS and the hand-cam would be near-impossible to fake convincingly (the inputs could be checked using an emulator). Besides, if someone wanted to cheat, then hacks played in real time (eg a Mario Kart 64 mod where you mostly get mushrooms, stars and green shells for Rainbow Road) would be difficult to identify and far quicker to do than a TAS.

There are not many TAS runs with Brawl (compared to the relatively large amount of TASes with Melee), possibly either due to mods being significantly more popular (like PM, with its cancel-into-anything Turbo mode) or the much greater popularity of Melee in general. A funny TAS I found on Youtube (unmodded except for having the kill barriers on the left and right side of the screen wrap around): Link to video PS: The run is looking good, although I would consider having a 'spare' run where you save Peach instead, as it has a significant impact on the rest of the game... if you haven't got one already.

The bounties page could become a "Games Ideas" list, and I am literally quoting the to-do article. Could a $0 bounty serve as a way to convert the bounty list into a bounty-plus-suggestion list? Edit: I realized after making the comment that the games ideas list exists, but the 'to-do list' had not been updated. However, linking the two lists is a good idea where the games that have a bounty on them appear in the idea list (I do not know if this has been done or not).
