how does TAS time the smb1 run? from when you get control of mario, or when you press start.
From console power-on.

Tiby, your runs don't belong on these forums. They are un-assisted and SDA is the right forum for this kind of runs.

So, you just aim for 105% completion but you don't do it fast? I think it won't be accepted here... And please use Microstorage to upload your files because rapidshare is kinda crappy.

Here's a screenshot that sums up pretty much everything about this run And I guess I have to hack the rating system and give this run 15 for entertainment.

And people who would like to see those TASes would have to have the game or download 4-8.5Gb images.

Only 9 runs in a year?! Joseppi submitted 6 runs in 5 minutes, I'm sure he'll catch you any minute... But congratulations for your anniversary and all of your great runs.

I found myself fast-forwarding very soon, this game just doesn't have any TASing potential. Voting no.

Voting yes, entertaining run. But it is improvable. SNES Hook has the kinda the same situation, it looks improvable but is well done, it just isn't so entertaining.

Fabian, I've come to a conclusion that you watch too much movies and TAS far too little.
