Here's the next floor. This was already a bit tricky. The thugs just shoot on sight, but this means more entertainment! In floors 14 and 9 I had to stay a couple frames in the red door or I would had to be some Matrix guy to dodge those bullets:)

Holy crap this is awesome! I wonder if there is also a hack that puts just the spin-dash in Sonic 1... Speaking of Sonic 1, I wonder how the run of that game was going, by Xebra, I believe. The first three levels were done and it was looking incredible. But I digress. Time to play Sonic 1 with Knuckles (and more importantly, spin dash!!!)
There is actually a hack that has spin dash in Sonic 1. But it hasn't got the spin dash animation (when not rolling), Sonic is just crouching and makes the sound of spin dash. But it works:)

Does anyone know what the GDV score is in the game? It seems odd. Is it just some measure of progress?
It measures how good player you are. For example, if you just barely dodge your enemies that rises the score. It's nothing important.

Looking good! But I noticed one small thing, after you die for the first time, you stop for a frame or two in front of that shiny little ball. But keep up the good work!!

Thanks nitsuja!! I didn't even think about it. I'll have to redo those levels now. And in the end of the first level I should be as left as I can.

There are so many ROMs because you can play them on actual DS.

Here's the next level. It's the same building but now the red door are in different places and there are more enemies and elevators move differently. (b-b-bu-but it's PINK) I think that the second level is more entertaining (although, there is more waiting) because I kill more enemies. I'm not sure when to stop this movie, any advice? PS. I could not find the Elev. Action old&new so I'll just stick with this:) Besides, I don't like working with VBA.

Great work!! Didn't find anything that wasn't as fast as possible. Really liked the level 2-2! Keep up with the good work.

Questions: 1) Are you planning on using the warps, or doing it warpless? 2) Why do you hit all of the big scrolls instead of just collecting them? The only scroll that you will probably need is the black running one, so this probably doesn't matter. 3) I think that you missed some hidden multipliers already. They can make the eating contest go much faster. Is this intentional?
1. It's going to be warpless 2. It's just for entertaiment. And this is only a test run. 3. I haven't been studing this game at all so I don't know yet where they are. I'll just take a look at the Gamefaqs and do another proper run.

Okay, because of huge demand I'll start to do this best I can. Here's the first stage. It's not final version but it's still pretty fast. Is someone is willing to go through those pizza eating contest for me? (don't like them one bit)

I thought about the point of time when the actual contest begins when I was making rules and decided to start it after the holidays. And I think I'll have to extend the contest time by one week. But for the GBA/GBC/GB thing, some people have already voted for GBC games. I'll think I'll leave it as it is.

I think the ROMs are out, actually. We just need something that can play more than one game.
I too think there are DS ROMs.

I started running this game and it showed up to be fun. Is here any one who'd like to see a TAS of this game?

Never even heard of this game but it sure does make a nice TAS. But I have one question, are you always as close to the bomb as you can when it explodes?

I think you should let people vote on more than 1 game (like, rank their top 3 or 5), because there are so many games that all the games that get votes will probably be tied for 1 vote. Unless a group of people agree beforehand and vote on the same thing... but the fact that you've made the voting by PMs only suggests that you want people to vote individually. And yes, you should clarify if GBA means only games designed for GBA, or any game that a GBA can play (since it's a backward-compatible system).
I think it should include GB and GBC. And thanks for your tip nitsuja! I'll use that! But I think everyone should vote individially and should not tell the game they have voted to anybody else, esspecially not to players. This way no one should have too big advantage, because they couldn't study the game before the contest.

Now starts the game poll. Read the rules before voting any game! The game poll is open till 2005-12-18 21:00.

Okay, the voting time is over! Any votes that come after this message are not valid. And the winner is... GBA!!!!! It looks like I have to extend the sign up time.

There is only 12minutes to vote for the system!! Vote while you can. And it seems that sign up has to be made longer.
