Why you should suffer damage? It is easy to do without damage. Look here: BS_Dracula 1-2(fixed) As bonus i also a bit improved boss fight for you :) In total 20 frames faster.
I thought it was to suffer damage in rat 1-1, thanks

P.S. Small tip: Try to avoid killing low creatures in places where simple possible to overjump them. {Attack in a sitting position is slow down.} For example you spent unnecessary time wasting by killing of rat in 1-1 (frame 1836) or spider in 1-2 (frame 2740).
I should suffer damage in rat 1-1 (frame 1836) and jumping spider 2-2 (frame 2740)? if I do this and die in chief I will lose 36 frames

Why was this not done on the maximum Difficulty Level settings?
Does anyone know offhand what the differences in difficulty are for this game? edit. Just tested the movie file with both difficulty dip-switches set to 'hardest'. Everything still syncs fine!
yes you said it all, i think you can not change the difficulty during gameplay as in some capcom games the years 80,90

I'm having problems watching on the emulator. Can someone, please, post the suggested screenshot? Thanks! Edit: Here goes another yes vote! This looks much better than the one with Cody and Guy. Great job!!!
for those who go to see in the emulator and is having problems desync, go to video settings, select blitter, and select the "enhanced"

Why haven't I noticed this thread earlier?? First of all, thank you for doing this! Waited years for someone else besides me tasing this game :P PLEEEEEEEASE USE HAGGAR! That fucker is one giant Arnold looking dude with a kickass mustache. A freaking mustache! We should have a mustache day in Tasvideos. In all seriousness, please continue with this using Haggar and preferably Cody. Much love. Edit: I am sure you could even submit this run and submit a run with Haggar. Though a judge would know more of this matter.
will be that if I send this and with Cody and Haggar both will be accepted?

this is my tas of final fight with 2 players , I used Cody and Guy just to test, because I intend to play with Haggar and Cody Link to video i used fba-rr v0.02 ,with video configs: use triple bufering, force 60hz refresh rate and enable vsync ,because before beginning I had left these options enabled for not having desyncs link to fbm file and the emulator already set up here:http://www.4shared.com/zip/drjT0JQNba/fba_2.html

So are you working on a new version? Should I cancel this one meanwhile or do you plan to update it?

This one a lot better! I gladly repeat my yes vote :) Though i still see that it can be improved in some places. A few examples: -At 6:26 is worth to shoot in switcher from pistol from long distance, instead of using the knife. It can save about 200+ frames. -At 7:35 banshee-boss can be killed faster, her last flying cycle is non-necessary, about 2 seconds can be saved. -At 8:30 is possible catch platform from previous cycle, which can save over 200+ frames. --- +Question: Are you tried to use deaths to save time? I suspect it may be worth to die to refill health and be able take more time-saving damage, but it need to be test to say for sure.
I thought of using deaths but I chose not to use, I thought it would be cooler no deaths

This movie looks much better now, good job. That said, I'm still not entirely convinced it's optimal - you still seem to slow down in places where you do not have to and take turns and corners wider than you should. I recommend using Frame Advance to make sure your run is 100% optimized. As for entertainment, I'm voting yes now.
thanks for the tip

Huh, wasn't aware Carfax™ had their own abbey. Yes vote. Though, on a minor note I do like when authors expound a bit more in their comments so's to explain a bit about what's going on technically.
I need to improve it

Hi CReTiNo! Nice first submission. It looks like the precision could be improved, but the game choice is good and I liked the run, so voting yes!
Thanks man

Hello CReTiNO, and welcome to the site. The run looks very interesting, but unfortunately, it is very severely unoptimized. Without really trying too hard, this run saves 164 frames (nearly 3 seconds) in the first screen alone. Why do you hop around all the time? It doesn't seem to be any faster. You also slow down and bump into walls in a lot places where it doesn't seem like you should have to. The boss fights also look like they could be done a lot faster. Voting no, unfortunately. Keep at it though, this game definitely needs a TAS.
I intend to improve it is my first race
