I quite like .biz, but it's rather unspecific. .bkr is the one that appeals most to me. I was never a huge fan of the .tas decision, but I was content with the colour of the proverbial bike shed. Nonetheless, it is reassuring to see you relent in the face of vocal opposition, adelikat.

There is only one container suitable for win of this magnitude: OGM. Very "yes".

+1 for the Grand Prix idea, but "Yes" anyhow.

Legend of Zelda: What's a Hitbox Nice work, Swordless Link and Tompa! I wish I had some plastic chilis that I could give Tompa in return for this. Goodness knows he enjoyed the last ones he found...

I don't see how completion using the goal sphere is less entertaining that completion using the Yoshi wings (or whatever they're called). Both completely bypass the level. I don't see why people find the wings acceptable but the goal sphere significantly less so. Both are about equally boring, IMO.

Easy "yes" vote. Even if it's just a lot of running, the bits in between and the lush artwork make up for the difference. Now I want to play/buy/whatever this game.

I don't understand what people hate so much about the music in this game. It's pretty compositionally-solid, and varies a fair amount. The gameplay, well... The TASer destroyed the game so much that there really isn't anything resembling gameplay left to it. :) Yes vote. The run is worth publishing. It's nicely polished. It's not gonna win any awards, but it's one more run completed.

I registered with Nicovideo last night just to watch this run. Accept it or I quit TASVideos.

I appreciate Aglar's attention to precise goal definitions. I really enjoyed watching the run. ...but the "glitches" stuck out like a sore thumb! I understand that they're a consequence of the exact goal definition Aglar used. I understand that what constitutes a "glitch" here is subjective. I see the "abuses programming errors" point. But what's a programming error, in the context of ejections? I think I'm going to have to submit what may just be my first ever "Meh" vote. I think what it comes down to is this: I really want this run to be a "low glitch" run, but instead it's a "no zips" run.

I know, right? This screencap is so unintentionally suggestive:

Watched the whole thing. Enjoyed the whole thing. Therefore, easy Yes vote. I don't care much about all the controversy about what should be published and what shouldn't be. In-game and real-time optimizations are fine to exist side-by-side. Embrace diversity! This is a fantastic run, that a lot of effort's been put into.

Hey Canar, thanks for the encode. In the future, could you make sure the video is cleared for mobile devices and TV? (Edit info > Settings on a video page) I watch many of these on a set-top box with a Youtube app, and this particular video is blocked. Unless you've got your reasons for it. Thanks in advance. And nice run, Rolanmen1. I've never bothered to play the game with fully-powered characters. It's a treat to see it.
That checkbox is ticked already. if there's a problem, it's on your end, unless YouTube autonomously changed it in between the time you tried and when I just looked.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9yUM-c5mPRc -- YouTube temp encode here. Edit: Weak yes. It went on a bit long for me, but what was there was nicely optimized, so I really struggle to say meh or no to that. :)

If anyone would really like an encode of something, PM me on IRC. I do it for my own sake pretty often. If someone's super stoked on some TAS, chances are pretty good I'd enjoy it too, so go right ahead and ask me. I enjoy a good challenge (so feel free to ask about an encode for any system), and my YouTube will let me post videos up to 10 hours long now (though the few times I've tried posting >3h content, I've run into issues). I can't promise I'll get one done, especially for some of the harder systems, but I'll probably at least try, and have fun problem-solving in the interim.

Meh. Still getting used to using kkapture. Sorry. I think I know what the problem was. I'll try fix this. Edit: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EXR10eWPXoU -- Let's see if this one works.
