Steve "Train" Rechtschaffner from Triple Play Baseball 2000. He's a secret character on the EA dream team. Whenever he hits or throws the ball, anyone who touches it while it's still moving falls like they've been hit by a train. It's very fun to bunt homeruns with him.

You got the first 5 right (impressive), but Detroit took game 6. Though pittburgh ALLLLMOST scored at the buzzer.

I also think you should do the GBA 100% for the extra levels. Some of them make Kaizo Mario look easy.

The site looks so modern...how old are you? Then again, when I was 5 there wasn't even a World Wide Web yet...that had to wait until I was 6 lol
Well, obviously it's been updated. It mentions the Iraq war, which started when Rridgway was 9 1/2, which puts a date on the website. Assuming the US has spent money on the war at a consistent rate since the start, the site was last updated around february '05.

The game won't reset until after the save if you try a soft reset.

Alexandre Lamoureux seems almost ridiculously common. A search for that, in quotes, yields 700 results, with only around 20 related to me.

Well, you could try to manipulate it so all the random encounters are ones where you catch the pokemon appearing. Also, about Nature, Bold doesn't seem like the best choice. It would probably be better to get something with +Special Attack. I recommend mild or rash, because they lower a defense stat, and that could be useful for Torrent. Rain Dance, however, would be slow, because it uses a move and each turn has the "it's raining heavily" message.

Weak yes. It was good, but in my opinion, worse than My baseball run, which was cancelled due to poor reception.

I think it was 4-3 that could be done. So to avoid being disappointed after having done a lot of work, Happylee, you should just do a normal run, but don't go to the warp zone in 4-2. That way you can see if 4-3 can be done. Then, if it can be done, you can do the full version. Oh, and by the way, it's not necessary to put "I hope you like" in the thread for every submission.

Do you remember anything more specific than that? Something that could tip us off? "Something to do with a maze" describes a rather large selection of games.
Really, the fact that it was in the kid's area at Co-op is the biggest tip I have related to it.

I'm trying to remember a game, but I just have a very vague recollection, unfortunately. I believe it had something to do with a maze, and opening something (though I'm not sure). However, I do recall that I played it a lot around 2000-2002 (that period) and it was on computers in the kid's area at Co-op.

I don't think that's necessary, as there are already 49 yes votes.

Indeed, I don't a girl has ever submitted or encoded a movie on tasvideos. Why is this your last movie, Happylee? You're very good, and you could probably make a lot more.

What are you planning to do, assemble a supercomputer? Or an automated TASing machine? Either would be pretty cool.

Whoa, 10 second improvement all of a sudden? What was the "obvious optimization?"

If the Euro is worth more, doesn't that mean they'll profit more from 160 Euros?

No, I meant without having that key. The BLJ suggestion is interesting, and it might be faster if you can keep your speed through the door.

Of course, what would be really useful would be if there were a way into wet-dry world from the lobby. Then you could get a star or die, and you'd be at the 50-star door.

There is a "save file corrupted" message, but there's one frame where you can hard reset without the message showing.

I disagree on subject of green run. It has all different glitches involved :(
Yes, but the theme is the same - skip everything and win with a game-breaking bug. BTW, a couple bits are unoptimal (and not just the name and Rattata). Going down the staircase and through the door would both be faster if, instead, you walked right into them rather than turning into them.

Nice. I argued with Rridgway several times over whether the hard reset bug would ever amount to speeding up a run, though I thought it would maybe amount to a 30-minute run, not this. Yes vote, and I agree that it should obsolete the Green run.

EDIT: Wait, fixed that, but now there's a new problem. When I enter it into command prompt, I get an error message that just says "See log for details". The log file says: File "iv_ship.py", line 24, in <module> File "ConfigParser.pyo", line 321, in getint File "ConfigParser.pyo", line 318, in _get File "ConfigParser.pyo", line 511, in get ConfigParser.NoSectionError: No section: 'Video' Traceback (most recent call last): File "iv_ship.py", line 24, in <module> File "ConfigParser.pyo", line 321, in getint File "ConfigParser.pyo", line 318, in _get File "ConfigParser.pyo", line 511, in get ConfigParser.NoSectionError: No section: 'Video' How do I get this to run properly?

I made a run of the first level on "expert". http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/1626751120/On%20the%20Ball%20%28U%29.smv Basically, I just cut around corners as tightly as I can. Is this the fastest way? How do you select a different ball?

I`m running Vista (yes, I know it sucks) and this doesn`t work for me. I double-click the iv_ship application and nothing happens. What should I do to make this work?
