Feedback on this submission has been lacking, so I will wait to judge it. It will probably help once an encode is up.

Why does this game use the exact same sounds as Crystal Caves?

The route to get both the magnet beam and delay stage clear looks very long. Have you tested to see how much time is saved by having Magnet Beam in the start of Elec Man's stage? It seems like the time debate is between - Magnet Beam + CutMan's weapon in Elecman's stage (Different Boss Order) or Bomb only in ElecMan's stage (BombMan then normal boss order)

I feel like this video deserves a tag line in the publication, like the two 14% runs of Super Metroid, but it isn't sufficiently different or interesting to the non-punchout enthusiast to warrant a separate publication.

If you hit L+R+U you can skip the last boss, making your hours of work on him useless. Just kidding. Nice job, yes vote.

Could someone please attempt to encode this? It has bad audio drift problems. Needs an HD and SD encode with sync'd audio.

I started to fast foward after the first board, it got really repetitive, and I couldn't really see anything that looked crazy lucky. So, I had to vote No.

I kindly asked for a frame count before submitting. Question, when you reach the hall of fame then after talking to oak and the screen changing you are given oak's final rating on a special sequence, after this rating the credits start. If you dont reach the hall of fame with "152" pokemon then the rating will most likely have two bodies of text, which means you have to press a button once to continue. Am I correct thinking this button press would be part of the tas (and count toward frame count) or has the ending started before this part? Are there other movies where the viewer has to press a button to complete the ending sequence?
Most definitely, yes, it would count - especially in this case, where a glitch surpasses that need.

Did you select your bios after you downloaded it? I had that problem with the internal HLE bios for some CD images it may also be a bad/incompatible CD image.

notably, getting to the hall of fame seems to use a trick fairly similar in nature to what's ultimately used in the Yellow run.
I couldn't help but feel the same way. I basically skipped around to the end, only to see the exact same glitch used in Pokemon yellow. Yes, it does it without reset corruption, but that appears to not actually change the glitch itself (changing exit location by discarding an object), simply the pre-cursor steps to executing the glitch. While a good set of glitches, I think the warp-to-hall-of-fame glitch shouldn't have been used.

I am questioning the optimization of the screen scrolling, it looks like a player is lagging behind in a few spots, especially at the end of stages/rounds. Please explain.
The way the camera works, it won't move until all enemies are cleared. Thus, a player lagging behind is often the one that makes the last kill, to force the screen forward. A good example of this is the end of level 3, when black MJ grabs the monkey to transform - that allows for the game to continue, but he is far away. It is faster to have him grab the monkey up top (that sounds so wrong), than to wait for bubbles to come to you. I should also note, that once that last enemy/monkey/child is gone, the computer takes over.

Should the encode be modified to skip 7 minutes of wait time, or should the movie play a few extra inputs for "fastest time to get to 105% screen." The movie file would be about a minute and a half longer.
Yes, this was something we haven't mentioned yet. If it's acceptable, we would like to request that the encoder press a button to progress to this screen.
You should include an SMV then, via microstorage, that does this, if you don't want it to be the final submission. However, I'd advise that the actual submission ends the way you want the encode to end - a two hour movie isn't going to be that affected by an extra 1.5 minutes. Additionally, any improvements would be forced to end at the same point, so you won't be obsoleted by a stupid 'improvement'

Neutopia II is basically the biggest Legend of Zelda rip-offs ever. It has items identical to the ladder and candle. You have to get 4 charms to open the final boss lair, and etc. So, I've done a run of Neutopia II, but I don't know that it is up to snuff for the site. I'd like to get feedback, suggestions for improvements, and whether or not you'd vote yes. Link to video Thanks to MisterEpic for the Encode! I've also already done a run of Neutopia I, but I think it would be worse, as most of the time, it has to be done in the dark. You can get an item that allows you to turn on the lights, but it would be too far time consuming for a TAS.

Wow, so even if you don't get the magnet beam adapter, the Elecman fight would be about half as long, which means the next TAS is at least 15 seconds faster. This also means that the entire game will have glitched out graphics....

A quick question on the helicopter battle. At the end of it you do a jump to avoid the missiles before firing the last shot to destroy it. Wouldn't it be faster to just take the missile into your face or step dodge it instead?
Unfortunately, the damage animation is longer than just jumping. Your guy barrels over in pain, for quite a few frames.
