It seems well done, but the game itself seems rather poor -> Meh There are a lot of subpar games on Windows, no need to TAS them all.

Nice job on the camera, guys! Definitely adds to the entertainment value! A big virtual "Yes!" (me = lurker) on that one. Edit: And I'm now a Newbie! You get a real "Yes!" from me too!

A suggestion for the timer, you could try to capture the delay between the first few controller interrupts and base the timing on that? I suppose most games wouldn't introduce many lag frames that early in the game.
