Thank you for your advice DarkKobold, I did some tests and you're right, it's not looking so good... I'll try to beat at least the first boss, just for the sake of it, thanks again. Um... not so bad after all, ~280 frames faster than schnretzl movie (up to Simon Greedwell, that is), here it is.

Thank you guys. Like Troy Spence said on SDA when his Hulk movie was published: you guys are legit, and I mean it!

Schnretzl movie is the only one still available for download, so I'm going to use it for comparison to make my run of this game. But my objective will be a little different: One player controls two characters with just one controller! Let's see if this works.

Looks like luck manipulation in a racing game is not as obvious as in others genres. If you are watching the movie in the emulator, do this: stop the movie and try to win, or at least qualify for the next race, it's impossible no matter how skilled you are... The reason is the lack of upgrades in your car, even using the nitro it's impossible to win any race in the 16th country with a car that barely win races in the 1st country... edit: I've edited the submission text to include "uses a suboptimal car", also changed the "glitched password" to "automatically generated password".

@ Wicked: Biker Mice from Mars uses a fully stocked bike, it's possible to use a fully stocked car in Top Gear too, but there will be no difficult to win the races this way. In this TAS the only way to win the races is by luck manipulation, positioning my car on the right spot to receive a little speed boost from the opponent's car. Thank you for the encode caitsith2, but the screenshot is a little different from the suggested one:

Go to Continue Country and highlight any country that you want to race on (they should be grey) and press the A button. At the Password screen press A and when it says "Invalid Password" press Start. Now on the Menu screen go down to Continue Game and start the game with the password that is already on the screen and you will start your race on the country and difficulty level that you selected.

The submission text says "Perice" I guess it means "Skill", but there's a lot of missed shots there. To avoid that you should've used a character that shoot straight up, like Keaton for example, voting No.

I'm using this password to play on the last country, but I don't need to input the password, so it's a kind of glitch.

Glitched password? Please elaborate on why this should be allowed.
There are published runs that uses passwords, Biker Mice from Mars for example, and runs that uses glitches, what's wrong with Glitched Passwords?

Interesting secret, but you could've done a two player demo or something, voting No.

Poor Sonic, he deserves a faster game that's for sure, it mildly reminds Super Puzzle Fighter 2... voting Meh.

Yes, there's a wall there and you must press a hidden switch to lower that wall. And about the tunnel, the other option is to stop above the manhole and climb down the ladder. Sorry I'm not good with answers, but I wrote a FAQ* in this thread. Here's a sample: Q: I only have the (E) version of the Rom, can you send me the (U) version? A: No, sharing Roms are not allowed here, but you can use the (E) version too. Q: I used the (E) version as you said, but the game is running slow, why? A: Go to Config => Speed => Set Speed => 100% (normal speed). Q: Why use Snes9x rerecording 1.43 and not 1.51? A: I tried the version 1.51, but the lag was unbearable. Q: I saw that you still hit a pillar you're trying to jump over, why? A: That's the faster way, otherwise you land on top of the pillar. Q: Your movie is only 10% entertaining. Haven't you read the rule about this? A: It’s a guideline, not a rule, but if that’s the case, watch only 10% of the run. * Fake Asked Questions

That one near the ladder is a transformation pill, it's used to transform Hulk into Bruce Banner. (Select) The hidden one makes him "Hulked-Out", that means he can run, jump higher and do special moves.

FAQ* v2.0 Q: I saw that you still hit a pillar you're trying to jump over, why? A: That's the faster way, otherwise you land on top of the pillar. Q: You don't used the stop 'n' go glitch near some enemies, why? A: There are some enemies (droids) that shoot regardless. Q: Okay, but what about some of the stone soldiers? A: To stop their animation the glitch must be done too soon. Q: And what's the problem with that? A: Use the glitch in this case is slower than take damage. Q: I don't want to see a muscle-bound guy almost naked running all the time. A: Then I suggest you to watch Barbie Super Model or Sailor Moon TASes only Q: You answered a question that was not a question, why? A: Good qestion... unfortunately I don't have a good answer.

I redid some parts of my Hulk run. What's new: the stop 'n' go glitch was used to delay some enemies, one vase and one boss. better health management on level 3, that allowed me to skip one energy pill. I changed the way that Hulk becomes invincible on level 5 (6?). I used a kind of camera delay to avoid the flying droids. (?)

Thank you MTGjumper, but still only one grenade here :( I guess it's my CD Rom image that is a fixed version, but not sure. I'm using this image: Oddworld - Abe's Oddysee [U] [SLUS-00190] (the guy in YouTube also said it was fixed in the PC version too...) edit: It worked, YAY!!! Thank you MTGjumper, the problem was my image file.

here's my first attempt, but I need some help to proceed with my test run. I've tried everything but I can't pick up more than one grenade at a time... the YouTube description says "hold square to do this", but it's not working, am I missing something? Sorry to ask such a question, but how it's done?

Thank you antd, I tested all plugins with all possible configs, even PcsXbox the Xbox port of the emulator was tested, but looks like it's an emulator and not a plugin issue, 'cause ePSXe plays it just fine, anyway I gave up.

Five months and no answers, um... I think the project was forsaken... anyway, I have some free time on my hands now, and I'll give it a try.
