the glitch wouldnt have anything to do with the naming. as long as the game has a western release, the game will use the western name. example: http://tasvideos.org/6270S.html this game was only released in Japan on SNES but uses the english name because of the GBA release in the west.

It's a VBA-Next movie, of course it'd sync on the later versions of BizHawk... under VBA-Next's core. As for VBA-Next to mGBA, yeah good luck with that, it unfortunately affects RNG heavily like you assumed.

Unless it greatly affects rng, I dont think syncing to a later bizhawk would be much of an issue. Worst case is you lose a few frames to loading.

I will do it in PAL, it’s just having the option to do it in NTSC would be better. But since it doesn’t seem possible right now yeah, PAL it is.

Currently on bizhawk it can only play the game on PAL mode, and there isn’t a way to make it run on NTSC, Unless a setting was added that lets you change the region, simmilar to SMS and Genesis. Nightmare Busters is a "homebrew" SNES run and gun game. with gameplay simmilar to Sunset Riders. I really want to do a TAS for this game however I am having trouble trying to find an NTSC version of the game. it seems that when this game was released, it was made to be playable on both PAL and NTSC, but bizhawk only makes it play in PAL mode. I am considering looking into 100% for this game but I feel like I alone wont be able to do it. Is there anyone that wants to help out with 100%?

The point I’m trying to make is lsnes turns alot of people away because of how complicated it can be. You can’t really expect everyone to easily switch to it just because there’s an issue in bizhawk.

My thoughts are I wish Bizhawk had better SNES implimention. My other thoughts are I wish lsnes was more user friendly, instead of being a confusing mess.
